  • Yeah I think he was panicking, no way that walker had enough strength to pull him like that without him resisting. RIP Carter though

Carter being killed by a skinny armed rotten bone showing walker is just ridiculous lol

  • Clementine was literally put in that exact situation and Carter is twice the size of Clementine, good job writers.

There is something about Rick's "girlfriend" I can't stand.

  • There is something about Eugene I can't stand...

  • No way are they doing the fall of Alexandria next episode already

  • I give this episode 2/5. It hardly peaked my interest tbh

  • The mullet lol

Dafuq? Who the hell honked the horn? That was random.

EDIT: Holy shit, Scott Gimple looks so different! Wouldn't even recognize him without his voice! o_o

    I'm thinking the Wolves.

And yeah, Gimple's rocking the beard.

  • The accent for me...

    The mullet lol

  • Are you serious? I'm not saying it was amazingly awesome, but I thought it was the best episode of TWD in a long time.

  • Hooray! It's Heath. I was really worried he would never make an appearance in the show. Strange excuse for him not being there, but I'll take it.

  • Pretty good episode, I'd give it about 8.5/10, definitely not as good as the Season 5 premiere, but still a great episode that sets up the rest of the season.

  • Yeah I'm serious. Didn't like the time skipping, they could have just started it from after the guy got shot, campfire scene. Also had a dull story in my opinion. The whole episode was either leading zombies somewhere or the past events which were all mixed up.

  • Negan..... nah... Probably Nicolas

  • Loved it 9/10

I hope this season continues to be great.

That's about what I would give it. So hype that Heath is here now, and Morgan is still the man. I actually liked Carter too, so it kind of sucks that he got done in by a skinny ass plot walker.

  • Yeah, maybe. I didn't entirely see the finale last season but only tidbits (watched a WWE PPV on the same night). In one scene Morgan shoved two of them in a car so maybe it was them.

  • Yeah Heath was cool, can't wait to see more of him.

  • Heath! That is all.

  • Goddamnit Nicholas! lol But I really can't wait for Negan's appearance.

Pleasantly surprised with that episode. I'd say this is the best one the show has put together in quite awhile.

  • Solid episode I'd say. My only real issue is the time skipping. Felt unnecessary to me.

I thought that was extremely well done and pretty tense throughout. I was literally panicking when Carter was about to shoot Eugene, but mainly because I love his character. I'm also loving Morgan's role so far and am extremely curious who was ringing the bell. Great start in my opinion!

  • You never know, they might do a twist.

  • Yes, but they said on Talking Dead that the mid season premiere would be on February 14th.

  • Please don't jump the shark in this season, Morgan!
  • Yeah Morgan knocked them out and locked them in a car so walkers couldn't get to them. He even honked that cars horn to make sure there were no walkers aroud. But they left that place and killed a guy. Also apparently theres more of them like in the comics.

  • I think the next two seasons (starting with this one) are slowly developing Rick to make the choice he made at the end of All out war part 2

Goddamnit Nicholas! lol But I really can't wait for Negan's appearance.

  • Well they were trying to compare what was happening to what had happened. And in some instances it worked.

Rick: "...guy like that is gonna get himself killed anyway"

    Time skip

    Walker kills him.

  • Best opening to The Walking Dead.

  • I loved the “I’m supposed to be delivering pizzas right now.” line.

  • Rick: ALRIGHT WE'RE GOING TO HAVE THIS BIG DRAMATIC OPENING WITH A MASSIVE HERD OF WALKERS AND A COUPLE OF SCARED ROOKIES! AND WE'RE NOT GOING TO BE DISCREET ABOUT ANY OF THIS! IS EVERYBODY READY!?

Michonne: I hate to break this up, but how about before blasting flares, we use my fancy cow catcher trick, or cover guts on ourselves, or perhaps get some cloaks and cover walker guts on those instead? That way we can keep pulling off plans like these without putting any one of us in mortal dan-

Rick: NO WE DO IT LIVE! BIG AND LOUD! OUR RATINGS WILL GO THROUGH THE ROOOOOOF!

    Michonne: Rick-

Rick: DO IT! JUST DO IT!

    Michonne: ಠ_ಠ

I have a mixed response to this episode There's some really good moments like the whole trust thing with Glenn and that guy that tried to kill him, who now wants to make things right, and a lot of nice character moments as well...but it's the opening scene and the whole plan for them to draw the walkers away I dislike; I'm sure they could've gone about it in a way to make it a much safer plan. Why does gut covering and cow catching get forgotten at times where it might've kept their whole team alive? Why does nobody wear protective clothing? Oh right, it's because it's a TV show, it's gotta be loud and do dumb stuff, instead of doing the smart thing which means less drama. Gotta put characters in dangerous situations or the viewers will get bored.

Also I get Rick was trying to expose some of n00bs to walkers, but it was too much too soon. If he wants to train them, shouldn't they literally do a little training plan, take them out the walls and have them deal with one or two walkers and gradually build them up, instead of just having some random group of dead shuffle on by and be like 'oh hey surprise guys, now go kill them with your shovels' with little warning prior, which no friggin surprise, they freaked out! Baby steps Rick, baby steps!

In fact Rick is getting on my nerves with every episode. The people in Alexandria have every right to be judgmental of the guy, and after the crazy poopy he screamed out while holding a gun. He means well but he's off his rocket. Somebody else with a cooler head should be in charge, because guess what? People keep on dying! They keep this up and there'll only be Rick and his group left in Alexandria.

Vodka please! >.< I need to get drunk!

  • yeah in the past they may have never done that lol.

Yeah, and they actually gave an explanation why he was gone.

  • i like to point something ou with those flashbacks. why didnt they just kill those walkers where glenn and heath and that other dude have to eventually kill them? i mean the whole crew was there why not just do it there and make shit easier and not worry about it if 3 people fuck it up with a heard coming. i mean reallywhat was the point?? i know it was to make go "oh we can trust this piece of shit", but it was like why wait? stupid in my opinion. if anyone would like to correct me or explain to me why they didnt just do that then and there.
