Clementine, a little girl at the age of 10-11 ... She protagonist in season 2. I saw some of you did not like to play a kid, preferring to play an adult, why?
Because a lot of people here are adults. An adult main character is more relatable to them.
Also, a lot of what Clem does is quite unrealistic for her age group. She is almost definitely the most competent S2 character, outpacing her less sharp adult companions. Such a situation would be extremely improbable in reality (though it could happen). So having an adult lead would feel more realistic to many people.

I prefer playing as an adult because an adult is way more experienced and knowledgeable, and because they can interact with others better than a child. Lee's character was mostly defined by his interactions with others, with him voicing out his thoughts using both simple and complex responses. As a child, Clem's responses were waaay too simple, don't show much of her character and barely make an impact on others.
Because a kid can't be in everything an adult can be and is limited by what they are. Adults can drive cars without crashing them in the show, for example.
I personally would have preferred if the writers have made Clem an influential presence to the adults around her. It would have been interesting if she instead of doing a lot of the action herself, she could have talked to her group and influence the survivor in their choices. Like how she influenced Walter from either killing or saving Nick.
Clementine has little to no character or personality
I don't want to play as a child given adult responsibilities it doesn't make sense, the group should treat her like a kid with us making reasonable decisions or we should play as an adult to make hard decisions, they do a weird mix which doesn't satisfy either
The problem is not that Clementine is smart, it's that everyone else is dumb as a bag of hammers.
Also, little girls can't kick down doors, outrun every scavenger, survive an icy cold stream with almost no repercussions and fend of a dog with potential hypothermia like that. And most importantly not survive a gunshot to the shoulder without even mentioning it later. There's more illogical things, 'Clem, get the windmill running, we're too incompetent to turn one key!', 'Y u no save Luke?!', 'Must be nice to be a little girl and never do anything!'
Can't we just face the fact that Clementine was a bad choice for the protagonist in hindsight? It was mostly just the nostalgia and feels card played by Telltale.

This little girl is not normal, is BADASS. She is very strong and smart, it makes sense after she moved a lot of bad things. She broke her door, seemed all was loose. You do not know what happened after she was shot ... She could be almost dead, until they extracted her the ball. Can be a real hysteria was there and she was dying without her knowing.
Everything else is just sang. Girl heroine, what to do? The adults really stupid game, I think this is the only problem, they are not related to the Clementine child at age 11, but older than they were.
All in all, Clementine is fine. The problem is Greatest, just little girl survived. Do not blame her.
I personally love playing as children, so being Clementine wasn't an issue. Although I agree with people who say that a lot of the things she's capable of are unrealistic for her age. Still though, it's a video game. I can let a few things slid.

I usually hate playing as kids but Clementine was an exception for me. Only thing i would have changed was her age in Season 2. Her maturity would be more suitable maybe for someone who is 13-14 years old, not 11. But it aint that big of a deal, makes her more of a badass survivor in my eyes.
This is because Clementine very smart and mature for her age,
That's what I just said.
there are many children like it.
There are some children who are mature for their age. The rest are what is called "average", by virtue of a bell curve.
Yes, there are children who are mature for their age. But a situation where an 11 year old continually and consistently mentally outpaces just about every other adult he/she's associated with, is an almost completely improbable scenario. Heck, the adults in S2 couldn't even check on a faulty wind turbine, something which the 11 year old did with relative ease.
This is not true. There are children aged seven or even six behave like this because they see things they should not see! This apocalypse! Children no longer a real childhood. She did not really aged 10-11 committed suicide, is old beyond her years, you forget that this is not an ordinary one, but a world apocalypse. Then the number of children who behave graduate of age, is growing (who survived)

It was locked, but loose. It must be old! What do you have? Telltale not idiots. They know very well who gave birth at age 10-11 can not completely break down the locked door. It was not a coincidence, the door was not strong enough.
You simply can not understand! It was all a coincidence, she was a little girl, the creators of the game is not retarded, they know a girl her age could not do it

Look, Clem's age is not a problem. I don't mind playing as a child, but child must be a child. Telltale fu**ed this up. We received Daryl Dixon in little girl's clothing. Get it?
I'm sorry for the bad English. Mean they are not stupid, Clementine little girl and she can not break strong door. The door was not strong, but there is loose.
You do realise that Clementine wasn't born in a zombie apocalypse, right? She spent eight years as your everyday little girl with friends and school to go to, and then she spends the next two-three years surviving in the zombie apocalypse. Unless she grew up in a troubled environment, she shouldn't be that easily desensitized to all the horrors she has seen in Season 2.
And two-three years is barely enough time to train or develop a child into the mentality and physical capabilities of a fully grown adult. She hasn't event entered her teens yet and probably haven't even started her puberty stage, so she shouldn't even have the muscle mass to perform all those feats such as climbing shelves from a tall warehouse in one night without being seen or falling off by accident, and to kick down a door with just two or three tries before the walkers caught up to her.
There's adrenaline kicking in, and then there's being superhuman. Clementine is not superhuman, she's an eleven year old girl, and to see her pull off several feats that an adult can is taking our willingness to suspend disbelief a little too hard.

Clementine is a child, what does that mean? She was 11 years old! You do not understand. This girl has things she was not supposed to see the age 8-9-10-11 ... Her soul is no longer a little girl (just a matter of gender and sex, she does not realize it yet) but she was a little girl on the outside, its head already No.

You're right. I do not know ... still has the characteristics of a 11-year-old little girl, as she did not know about sex. In connection with fitness ... I do not know, but it is easy to easy to pick her up, she's got the body dimensions of a small child

I know this because: When Clementine kicked in the door, and it's a bit out of dust being pushed back, they saw that the door is not strong because. I could have kicked it open, because she was a little girl, she had to kick a few times, I kicked one I opened it.
Three years of zombie apocalypse won't make people super smart and strong. Little girl breaking zombie's leg, kicking down doors, turning off wind turbines and being smarter than adults around her - I don't buy it.

Too bad you do not buy it, because it makes sense. The door was not strong, adults must already have been discouraged and want to give everything to the little girl, it was more excuses. They did not treat her well at all.

It pushes actuality and believability when that child is a walking talking hyper competent robot

It's unrealistic no matter how you put it.

Because she can kick down a door at 11 years old.
Apparently the door was loose
It is realistic
Not really.
No it isn't.
It was locked from behind.
They way the writers wrote her to be, is unrealistic. No matter how much you deny.
Because
1: The adults ask her to do everything
2: How unrealistic her strength is
That's what I just said.

Having children consistently smarter than adults, is not even realistic during an apocalypse.
It was locked, but loose. It must be old! What do you have? Telltale not idiots. They know very well who gave birth at age 10-11 can not completely break down the locked door. It was not a coincidence, the door was not strong enough.

You simply can not understand! It was all a coincidence, she was a little girl, the creators of the game is not retarded, they know a girl her age could not do it
It is unrealistic apocalypse. 11-year-old girl can not stay in her mind 11 years old, in her head.
your sentence is contradictory.
