Lets talk about why a season 3 will destroy everything you love.

Season 1. Clementine was forced to deal with the death of lee and consequently her childhood.

Season 2. Clementine learned about the dangers of people and that all hope is not lost.

So Season 3 :First off TTG at it's most merciful could only do it this way.

Wellington: Clementine we're sending out a scouting party see if we can find survivors maybe your friend Kenny now that we have more room.

Solo Clem: Traveling in the woods with AJ.

Howes with Family: Ok guys me and Clem are going to go scout the woods you watch the base.

Howes with just Jane: Ok Clem i'll stand guard you go scout the woods see if we can't find something to eat

Clem and Kenny: Moving through the woods looking for food.

And then regardless Clem gets seperated and taken FAR from her original location making going back not an option.

And thats just the nice scenario otherwise we got

Wellington falls

Howes falls

Kenny dies because he's a determinant death in season 2

Jane dies because she's a determinant death in season 2

or Solo Clem is still Solo

So there's someone you proabably cared about dead.

Now lets talk endings. We've got the kill lee or dont from season 1. We've got the hopeful ending of season 2. However since TTG is more ruthless then Joffrey Lannister. We've got this problem. Season 2 ending was the cake but the cake was a lie so now they can't give us a hopeful ending so we already know season 3 ends in darkness. So what are our dark options

Death or Insanity. And given that Clementine can potentially be a hardened badass the latter seems unlikely so Clem is going to die and AJ probably will too.

So given all things is Season 3 a good idea if you care about Clementine?.
