Because 16 months have passed, how she's 11? Has not been exactly two years? It should be 10 and four months. But maybe that's not true ... Omid died when she was 9 years old and a bit. Past 16 months ... a year and four months. For sure it she not 12 ... or 11, or nearly 11 ... and maybe she 10 + ??? What is the mathematics of it? You might need to add Christa's birth month. Chapter 2, Clementine says she at the age of 11 ... but she does not know exactly how long it was, she knew "two years" But it really been two whole years? 24 months? She reveals her age of 11. But maybe less. she not 12, I already know.
For me it looks at the age of 10 and that's it ... no more and no less. Mainly because she did not have ... (boobs) and at 12 and 13 already have some boobs. When Season 2 starts, Christa looks to be heavily pregnant, which means she was 6-9 months pregnant. 6 or 9 months + 16 months would equal two years + x amount of months.
So, she's 11.
But if the past 6 months ... 6 + 16 = 22
24 for two years. Missing two months.
She's eleven. Bonnie asks her in Season 2 Episode 2, and she answers eleven.

i don't think so ... i think she is 10.5 ... If Christa was in seventh or sixth month of pregnancy, Clementine still is not the age of 11. At the age of 10.
