  • Some people say no.

    Yes

  • He's alive.

  • I understand what some people say, but I don't care. He falls away from the dumpster, Nick's blood is too fresh to mask Glenn, he's screaming at the top of his lungs, and there is a huge herd of walkers surrounding him, there's no way he can get out of that.

    Some people say no.

  • Nah, he's so heavily plot-armoured that the Walker's teeth will just break on contact.

  • nick fell in top on him and they eating nicks, the gun noise with rick send the walkers away.

  • He's alive, there is set photos of Glenn and Jesus

  • I was planning on watching season 6 and this really did not help.

  • Also, a photo of him on set for 6x15 just surfaced very recently

  • I don't think he is.

You can't kill Glenn like that.

  • If he actually died, then i'd be really disappointed, but not because he is dead, but rather how shit that scene was done.

  • No which is freaking stupid.

I agree with these guys. So many plot holes like Nicolas's magical bullet

  • Man, they really tore into this episode

    It's rather entertaining to watch

  • I'm certainly hoping he's alive. His meeting with Lucille is probably one of my favorite comic scenes and it was a great introduction to Negan, so I'd hate for it to be skipped over in the show.

  • there is no way they will skip over it if he is dead they will just give it to someone else hopefully daryl

  • Realistically he is dead. But I'm sure he will pull a Kenny to survive...

  • I just saw this meme a few days before "Thank You" released

  • Glenn isn't dead, and here's why:

    1. Shane, Merle, and even the Governor had deaths that all kind of made you appreciate their character after they died. When Glenn "fell", I was like, "there's no way they're just gonna kill this dude and nobody's gonna find him" it's just insane. His character is too deeply engrained in the tapestry of the show. In other words, a death like that may have been more appropriate for Nicholas, and cinematically you can see how they followed his "deterioration" so it's like it was building up for that. But Glenn? Like that? Nah, no thank you.

    2. Nicolas fell on top of him. Now they did try to sell it like Glenn was being eaten but I'm more on the side of saying his facial expressions where more out of horror, and the disgust of being pinned UNDER someone who's being eaten. And let's be honest, couldn't he have just gotten "shocked" in the opposite direction? Like if that was me I'd be stunned too but I'm not about "stumble" into a crowd of 400 walkers, like wtf?

    3. Talking Dead didn't mention his death in the honorable-mentions-death-section-thing. Which again, leads me to believe what we saw was just good cinema and well-angled shots.

    4. Lastly, Maggie. Season 2 she lost a step-brother, step-mom, and a cousin, season 4 she lost her dad, season 5 she lost another sister, season 6 she loses her husband? Which, I mean, yeah everybody loses someone in the apocalypse, but honestly considering the level of intensity the show already has, Maggie losing Glenn is just unnecessary to me.

More than likely they're gonna wait till the season finale to bring him back and we're all gonna be like "oh snap he's alive" and it'll end up being one of those "moments" on the finale, lol.

On the last sentence of point 2, what makes you think he stumbled into the herd? As far as I can tell Glenn was just shocked, and didn't realize quickly enough that Nicholas was falling on him. Do you really think you could not fall over the edge of that dumpster when a fully grown man that you just watched shoot himself is falling right on top of you?

  • It would be most idiotic and pointless death ever. And nobody even knows he died.

  • I think he's alive for the sole reason that the first scene introducing Negan is too goddamn important to be wasted on this. It was a good scene, but the Negan introduction was a moment that really defined the walking dead for me. It would be foolish to throw it away.

  • Or there's people thinking it will be Carol. Honestly either would be just as impactful.

  • Yes. When corpses ragdoll on you all it takes is a little nudge to get them to go corpse somewhere else.

    corpse falls on Glenn

"lol, no" light nudge in other direction

    ???

    Profit
