First off, slow down with all the threads.
Second off, it's determined. You don't have to make her drink or smoke if you don't like it. Personally, I don't see the harm in it.
I don't see the big deal. I was 10 when I had my first cig. and 12 the first time I tried beer. Same with a lot of people I know. And in a world like this, smoking and drinking would do more good than harm depending on the situation. I mean, being drunk when you're under attack would be bad, yeah, but other than that, having some sort of vice to cope with things can mean the difference between going crazy and staying somewhat grounded. Of course there are limits, you don't want to be a raving drunk like some people I won't name from the show. lol.
Plus, in this world, you're not likely to die from liver or lung disease as tobacco and booze won't be widely accessible. Clem probably won't even get a chance to become addicted or dependent on them. As for the morality of it all, the kid's already killed people, been forced to make adult decisions, etc. which, imo, is a lot worse her experimenting with cigs and booze.
It's entirely irrelevant if she's 10 or 11, one sip won't kill her. And she IS 11, in episode 2 you have the option to LITERALLY say you're eleven so what are you going on about? Do you know more about her age than she does? And will you ever get rid of the Carlos syndrome? Who knows?

Are we going to have another row of comments with two people throwing this back and forth?
"She's 11!"
"No, she's 10!"
Does it really matter at this point anymore? 10 or 11, she's still a child, a kid, a pre-teen. Not everyone has an official age, so why should it bother whether Clementine is 10 or 11 by the time Season 2 rolls, unless it's a plot point.

End of story.
I wouldn't say "Unbanned", but it would be the temporary bans hey give out. It's kinda unfair if we were to perma-ban CuteClem just because of these threads. It would be okay(for a permanent ban) if it were to come down to excessive thread creation.
We don't "unban" people as most bans are only temporary in the first place. By default, we set bans for a temporary duration such as X Days/Weeks/Months/etc.
I don't fell as though it's her fault, she was a kid in a world where the only sane people are adults that don't probably know much about the hazards of smoking and drinking.
Personally, I do not think it is a good idea for a child to have either one.
Both can alter a child's brain chemistry, which can lead to a host of problems in their adult life.

This.
Nevermind.
The joke went straight over my head.
One drink and one puff will not kill her and besides, most people who do everything possible if they thought they might soon.
Ahem, 11.
Thought that was bad? Should have seen what some people wanted to happen between her, and luke.
if it makes you feel better, you werent the only one.
oh god, do not speak of that trash ship. i thought we all agreed that it is banned.
Shes in an apocolypse what did you expect

At least it's not meth.
FTFY
?
Ew. Glad I wasn't around for that...
no. she's 10
I'm okay if she drinks alcohol but smoking? I hate smoking.
She may kill, watch extreme violence but can't smoke or drink.
Honestly. How people manage to take threads like these seriously is beyond me.

No.
Who keeps un banning you?
I was... making a joke.
The overly nice mods we have, the same ones that unban trolls and Hitler supporters.
She's 11!
10! bey

Alright, alright that's enough thread derailing. This argument over her age is unnecessary, and also:

FTFY stands for "Fixed That For You"
Oh , now I get it!
It seems she didn't like it very much anyway, and it's the ZA. Does it matter? In the ZA, there are no laws.
11!!1!!
Does morality only exist because of laws? Would it matter if someone sexually assaulted Clementine because there were no more laws?
