    Sirens can only be peeps who identify as female. So, probably not.

    But I too, am curious...what the fuck is Rhys' tattoo? How big is it? Why is it blue?

    These are the questions we must ponder...for the rest of our lives.

    and it's pretty obvious sirens are women, as the words is greek mythology among other things. Which is why sirens (in borderlands) have wings, well, maybe thats why idk
