In season 2 ep 1 when you have the option to burn the photo you get distracted from the yelling then you fall in the water then loose it i think either you find it in the michonne series or you find it somewhere in season 3

Clementine still had her bag in EP2 then it like disappeared from existence.
she put the photo in her pocket same with the kenny drawing lees photo was the only thing that wouldnt burn
Its still @ the Ski Lodge isn't it? That's the last time we see Clementine's backpack. She never had a chance to get it back after Carver kidnapped everyone.

Obviously, S3 will have a super depressing moment where Clementine is down on her luck

A sole photograph flutters through the air, landing in her lap
It's the photo of Lee
Cue the overly emotional and uplifting symphony piece as Clementine rises to her feet and continues fighting

We can see her hatless in the Amid The Ruins slide. Or even model swapping like in my avatar. Still, unrealistic how she NEVER took it off this season.

I hope that Lee comes back in Season 3. It will make the game more interesting. I think Lee could survive a walker scratch especially if you cut his arm off to stop the virus from spreading. My theory is that in Season 3 or a later Season Lee will return. When Clementine "shoots" Lee the gun bounces to the right meaning she might have missed. If you chose to leave Lee you see him fall onto the radiator next to him. If Telltale want to think of a possible way for Lee to live he could have just passed out from blood loss from cutting off his arm and either he steals the keys off the guard in front of him by using his feet and manages to get the key into his hand that is handcuffed to the radiator or the other way he could survive is if another survivor/group finds Lee. Many fans of the game would buy Season 3/? if Lee returns. Telltale teased us with Clementine's dream and the photo that you can't burn of Lee in Season 2. Telltale please bring back the fan favourite Walking Dead character.
I assume the photo is now just a soggy piece of paper floating "in the water waooooh" of that river Clem fell in.
Don't be stupid. Lee is dead. There is no immunity to the virus. He was shot. Clementine knows she shot him. Not to mention it has been 100% confirmed he is dead by the writers.
