well i give it 7.5-8/10. solid, but the overall show gets a 2/10. not the season or mid season, the show gets that grade. for not having the balls to do it, to kill off glenn like they should've. but fuck it we all kinda knew this was gonna happen so screw it. honestly this episode couldve been higher but that shit really bothered me and that stupid bullshit with Tara. really??? shes fucking Nathan Drake to be able to hold on on that angle and get those head shots?? goddamn it writers. but overall pretty good episode. now wtf.... so whats gonna happen with the wolves story line??? i really thought they might've resolve it by this time. i guess it'll be dragged a bit more. just a bit surprised.
Oh shit i hope next week's episode is badass. if it like the comics, it has the potential to be the best episode of the show. easily. ok spoilers anyone think they have the balls to shoot Carl's eye out!!??? i really dont think so, ahhhh, i feel like they might just do a close but deathly shot to carl but maybe not the face. lol im actually hyped. i hope they dont mess it up. Also this is one thing, scene, i kinda wanna see... its Jessie's death.i mean if done correctly it could be one of the best scenes in the show but also in tv. i mean the brutalness, the emotional way, if done right, it could be shown wow it be pretty badass. anyone think they'll do it?? idk if would either, i mean they havent exatly fleshed out Rick's and Jessie's relationship that much to really have that impact. what do you all think?? also i kinda dont want it to happen, cuz i actually like Jessie, i really like her in the comics too, so when it happened it was fucking nuts! besides we kinda need to fill up andreas role...
I don't know why people are complaining about Glenns survival when Ty was in a similar situation and made it out alive with his fists, Glenns survival is way more credible, Ty was epic tough.
About the eye thing man I don't know, maybe he gets a scar or something like that, I don't remember who did that to carl in the comics can you Remind me? About jessi, well I think she will rush to save Sam and then they will be in danger, Carol will come to the rescue and boom! We got a twist in the story, Carol somehow sacrifices and die, I don't know I was thinking about this and I hope im wrong.

not really. he had a weapon and he was killing left and right and he is pretty freaking strong. here he was SURROUNDED, on his back with dead weight on him... and not just that nobody seemed to mind him. yes in this scene it looked like they took some walkers away from him because when they did it the first time that place was filled up the ass

Glenn was never shown dead anyway? It was blindingly obvious that Nicolas was the one being torn to bits. The only think that was weird about Glenn surviving was how he got under the dumpster without being bitten.

Previously on AMC's Is Glenn Under the Dumpster?...
"Don't shoot the gun! It'll attract walkers to a particular section of the wall!" Proceeds to hammer on a particular section of the wall. We have to keep things quiet!!! - Rick screaming
Solid episode. Really liked the interactions between Morgan and everyone else. I actually felt for his side a bit this time when he brought up Rick sparing his life. I really enjoyed the character development, the actual communication, and seeing the community further solidify.
I'm probably in the minority here, but I'm actually OK with the whole Glenn situation. Anytime a show can make me care enough to feel either extreme sadness or extreme elation, I have to give it props for making me feel that way. In the same character arc over the span of a few episodes, I was given both, so for that I'm very grateful. Nicholas's dead body was more useful than he ever was alive. Even the zombies didnt want to eat his stupid face.
Good set up to No Way Out. I think next week will be even better though.
The dead silence as the tower fell was pretty sweet. I liked how they only allowed people 3 seconds of happiness -- Glenn's alive!! -- before the next calamity began. That was a perfect ending in my opinion, sets up a great cliffhanger for the finale. And I like how it just cut off before it even hit the ground. It falls, hits wall, darkness.
No one gives a flying fuck about Enid. The only people that even care that she is gone are Ron and Carl. We all know why they would miss her. She is THE girl for that whole generation. Not even Olivia seems to wonder where she is, so I guess Alexandrians like her about as much as everyone else. Olivia is the worst guard ever. Sam can steal chocolate, Ron can steal bullets, Spencer steals food, and she can't even watch Enid.
I don't know if he will survive for long since Negan will come soon. But it feels like a waste of time that we believed that he died for four episodes only to get killed by Negan.
I guess, just saw it. They also made Walkers attack him while he was underneath so... makes more sense. I think at the time the dumpster looked about 2 inches off the ground so it would be impossible for him to get under it. Guess not now.
I think its the opossite. They were making sure it would get the biggest reaction possible. So they faked his death to see how many people would react. Then when they saw that most fans LOVED Glenn they decided he was worthy of his comic conterparts death.

Hey guys am i the only one thats happy they went with the most 'realistic' theory for Glenns survival? Imagine if the tv show had gone with the 'It was all a hallucination' theory or the ''Abraham and Sasha will come in and kill all those walkers without any of them dying'.
Oh... Sorry then . Its just that a lot of fans have taken the Glenn thing and are either becoming Salty or Depressed. And i don't want that to happen to other fans. Also i've seen you around the forum and you seem really cool so i would rather this wouldn't affect you in a negative way like it has so many others.
For me it's just disappointing is all, but they have done other stuff like this before and it has been forgiven.( mostly just.. That should have not happened moments). Also thanks, I try to hang around the forums and present a positive perspective.

Hi im Lord its nice to meet a cool possitive fan like yourself
Well actually Nicholas sacrifising himself is the only reason hes alive. As for the scene ..............i have a theory it was done to prove how big the Glenn fandom was.
Maybe not pointless, since Nicholas' corpse still got Gleen out of the situation. What I thought was pointless was that they set up the whole scenario and made people believe that Gleen was dead. Also, I feel like killing Nicholas off so soon was a waste, since I was warming up to him slightly during the Season premiere.

I knew Glenn was gonna live, I meant to say that Enid didn't have the balls to pull the trigger so I was all like "PULL THE TRIGGER BITCH, I DARE YOU, I DOUBLE DARE YOU".

You do know that they're just getting us used to Glenn being gone for a while so when Negan comes, it won't be as bad.
y'all salty about Glenn's survival but I'm just sitting here waiting for Negan
As i suspected, the people who argued for Glen being dead are now salty.. I'm sorry but it was clear from the beginning he wasn't dead..
I knew Glenn was pulling a Kenny. XD

I guess Gleen got lucky, real lucky. :P

Oh cmon don't let it get you down.
Well actutaly they did try......
Well they did actually show how Glenn lived.....
I think its the opossite. They were making sure it would get the biggest reaction possible. So they faked his death to see how many people would react. Then when they saw that most fans LOVED Glenn they decided he was worthy of his comic conterparts death.
Why do you even watch it and then cry about the show in the forums if its so shit?
Don't worry this was all build up for his date with Lucile.

I'm mostly annoyed. Though mostly because I feel like Glenn's survival made that scene and Nicholas' death pointless.
haha yes
And it is good to meet you too.

There is no 'comic version' shes a Daryl (tv show only) character.
Just saw the episode. For shame saltbro. Though i should have guessed you would be ......salty about Glenn living
I was warming up to him too, I thought they had a whole redemption arc planned where he'd be determined to make it up to Glenn.
Either Glenn or Daryl will meet Luccille in episode 16.
The scenario was made to confirm how big a fanbase Gleen has to make sure a scene in the future has big impact.
Read the comics. In them he DOES get redemption.
I knew Glenn was gonna live, I meant to say that Enid didn't have the balls to pull the trigger so I was all like "PULL THE TRIGGER BITCH, I DARE YOU, I DOUBLE DARE YOU".
I saw Snapchatting people my reactions so much
Interesting, that being said- I don't get how anyone could call her "awesome"
I said what I "heard" and this is an episode discussion so yeah...
