Does Telltale hate Rodrik?
Whitehills don't take him as a serious threat, slave army says he's not like his brother, Beshka says "I keep expecting to see Asher any moment but when I turn my head it's just you! OMG I can't believe Asher's dead." Asher's body gets seriously desecrated if you choose him, etc Killing Gryff or Ludd is cool, but that's it. Since there'll be a Season 2 maybe Telltale could actually... make him be more badass or something? At least before the remaining character is killed off or whatever.
Asher is depicted as this badass kind of character who's lucky, hard to kill, etc. Rodrik keeps getting shit thrown at him the whole time.

People underestimate Rodri, that's what nmakes him interesting. Rodrik is a badass. As for the Beskha thing, she was upset about Asher, she held no ill will towards Rodrik.
No.
I'd say he's more badass than Asher if you play him right
The Whitehills doesn't fear Rodrik because a certain traitor told them all of his strengths and weaknesses.
But Rodrik is without a doubt a badass. After a near-death experience, he is left in a crippled state. Instead of bowing down, he immediately takes charge of his house and becomes the leader that the Forresters needed in their darkest hour. He is faced with constant humiliation by his enemies, but that doesn't break his spirit at all. His crippled state? He doesn't care, he does everything he can to grow strong and recover again and he succeed by the end. He can still be commanding and very threatening if you pick the right choices. He can take a beating from Gryff and still rise again. He can break the nose of a man who dared speak ill of his dead little brother. Once he has recovered, he leads the siege, does an infiltration mission, return home again to fight, he gets wounded and he has fought for so many hours and he still survived his ordeal.
Asher is a badass no doubt, but so is Rodrik. His story is one of iron endurance and his iron spirit never wavers.
I have no idea but i fricken love Rodrik. Hes by far my favourite character Telltale's every created . Depending on how you play him, he can either be completely defenseless or insanely badass so i guess your opinion on him changes depending on how you play through the game.
It's not that he's not actually a badass, just that Telltale likes to torment him
Telltale didn't have Rodrik's body chopped up or his head on a spike, I at least thought they would have done that but wow.. good on you Telltale! Rodrik was the best and should have never been determinant.
Telltale do not hate Rodrik, they hate Mira instead !!!
Yeah, her story was kinda pointless. She did nothing to help save Ironath
No she did help her family found out Ludd's plan to hire a sellsword army !!!
Except that one, her story is pointless !
Yeah, it still didn't help them
When did Whitehill's chop up Asher's body ?
Save Rodrik instead Asher, you will see !
I thought they just decapitated his head.
Nope, during that conversation Gryff says they dismembered him and fed him to dogs.
That's why you do not feel bad at all when Gryff later begs and pleads for his life and you slay him mercilessly.
First of all, what a stupid question.
Second of all, Rodrik is depicted as the character he was created to be. The whitehills don't see him as a "serious threat" because he wasn't. He was the "crippled" lord of a falling house. Gryff's attitude when they first met made it fairly obvious that at one point Rodrik was well respected as a warrior. The pit fighters didn't initially respect Rodrik because they're savages, and he hasn't proven himself to them like Asher had to before gaining their respect. Asher is depicted as this "badass kind of character" because he is. Exiled from his home to living among sellswords. It's in character for him to be ruthless. Furthermore Beskha had a despondent attitude towards Rodrik quite obviously because she will miss Asher and she doesn't know Rodrik.
;/ Whitehills have no honor
I like to think that Mira cutting off the sellswords was what saved Rodrik\Asher, Talia and Sentinel\Traitor during their escape from Ironrath. And that it was what allowed Rodrik to sneak into Whitehill camp to deliver some rightful vengence without dying himself. But yeah, other than that, Mira's story can be summed up as "Mira gets horribly screwed by either circumstances or somehow betrayed by each and every ally she had that wasn't called Tom, Tyrion or Cersei."
Rodrik is badass, personally.
Also, I made Ludd eat his words.
"I underestimate you."
"For Asher."
and Sera, based on how you play
Rodrik said many badass lines but when he said "The North Remembers ! " ,when he was going to die , it just was hearthbreaking and awesome .Rodrik is the true lord of house forrester .Asher is awesome , but i like the norhterners like the starks because they have honor , asher by killing them, violated the guest right and dishonored his house . In contrary , i think they make you hate Asher for doing such a dishonorable thing ...
I actually think the violation flew by everyone who played it for the most part. It was only in retrospect you realize just what a HUGE deal Asher did--mostly because he never hesitates and everyone backs him up because of Ethan, Roderik, Arthur, and Gregor.
