I think Clementine looks short for her age. I have a sister at age 11, she really does not look like Clementine. Clementine did not grow properly zombie apocalypse, so I think she looks 8-9 Season 2.
But I think she was taller for her pre-teen age in s2...
It really does not look teenagers. Is much lower than her age ... Look at her age children and understand. I have a sister, Clementine 10-11 and just look tiny in front of her. And yes, my sister does not have the problem of height, she looked her age.

Season 3 she can be anywhere from 11-14

It says Season 3 will be more than - 5 episodes. Maybe even nine.
And if they want to continue with Clementine Season 4 - it will probably be 12 in my opinion, it will be 14 last season.

According to some deets being spilled, Clementine's apparently going to be older.
That's probably because she's malnutritioned and her growth was stumped due to insufficient vitamins and stuff. Usually when people hit the pre-teen age, they begin to eat more (not a major amount) to tend to their growing needs. It's an instinct thing. At least it was for me.
