If Lee Everett actually went to Prison
Would it be the same prison in the comics? I hear from some YouTube comments and YouTubers (GCN - GamingSins) that the cop was referring to one of the prisoners that Rick almost beat to death.

Yes, he was being transferred to the same prison that Rick's group clears out in the comics. Chances are, Lee could have been one of the prisoners that survived, or maybe he would have died like most of the other inmates.
Also, another fun fact, the story that the cop tells Lee, about the man stabbing his wife, was also a reference to the comics. The cop was talking about a man named Thomas, who is one of the surviving inmates and killed a few members of Rick's group.
Yeah that's the person I was talking about. Man, I think Lee Everett is the cause of other events. If he died early, things would be very different. I'm waiting for some action if they provide it at the upcoming Issue #148.
I think you're talking about issue 149.
You're right I forgot about this lol I think it came out around October not sure
It would've been interesting.
Crazy how S1 almost depends on whether or not that Cop hits that walker.
Someone make a Fan Fic on Lee heading to the Prison. I have a few ideas, myself though.
ikr I'm like if I read whole comics I'd make a hella fanfic
As others have said, yes, it's the same prison. And going off the comic story, I'm guessing that Lee would ultimately end up being one of the many casualties during the prison assault. Or alternatively, he survives and ends up in Alexandria with Rick's group.
On the downside, he'd never meet Clementine. On the brightside though, he would survive longer.
Yes, which means two men with mighty beards would meet!
He probably would've met Rick and joined his group. That would make an interesting fan-fiction.
Well just gonna sit here and wait for that now.
And on the third downside, that would really suck
So yeah, thanks cop, for not looking at the road
True. Clementine is pretty much important in Season 1. It's still amazing how Lee is the Ripple Effect of the series.
those chins tho
