TWD game timeline compared to the tv show?

Just wanted to ask a few questions about the game's timeline compared to the tv show (not sure if the comics follow the same direction as the show in the early issues?). When the game starts with Lee in the police car, Rick is still in a coma right? Was it ever revealed in the show/comics how long he was in the coma for? Also after the 3 month time jump in the game, what part of the tv show was Ricks group up to? Hershel's farm? And finally in the tv show when they first reached the prison, how much time had passed compared to the timeline in the game? What part are the game characters up to at the time Rick's group reaches the prison?

    The game is canon with the comic series, not the show. What I mean is, the game didn't happen in the show's timeline, or at least not the same way. It is unknown if there's a Lee, a Clem, a Kenny, etc counterpart in the show universe somewhere.

    Following the comics timeline, Rick is still in coma in S1 Ep1 of the game, but he's already awaken by episode 2. Here's a detailed timeline of both:
