Then,the voices start getting clearer and she hears the woman saying:"You're an idiot,if you haven't touched that thing we wouldn't even be here",Michonne finally gets up and slowly approaches the two mysterious figures,the voice keeps getting louder and clearer as she gets closer "Why are there walkers though?Didn't those things disappear like half a millennium ago"says the man,"Urgh..don't change the subject,we're trapped in the middle of a forest,what should we do?"replies the woman.Michonne then could see a man and a woman both wearing futuristic-looking clothes,and the woman wearing a flashy western black hat,"What the fuck is this?Who are these two?"Michonne mumbles to herself while looking at them in utter disbelief"Did the apocalypse mess with my head or what?"
"Did you hear that?"The woman says with a slightly worried look on her face"I feel like someone is watching us","Pffft..who could be even watching us in such a place?"Added the man,"Just..keep your voice down for a bit"replied the woman.
"I must be hallucinating"said Michonne to herself"Could those be alien or something?Yeah,like if that would ever happen"
The mysterious woman hears Michonne's voice and then immediately pulls out her gun,Michonne could see it was a golden Derringer except,it has blue,orange and green strips all over it,it looked nothing like any other Derringer pistol she has ever saw,Michonne freezes in her place while looking at the three barrels that this "weird pistol" had,"That's it,this is officially a nightmare"Michonne thought to herself.
"Identify yourself"Shouted the woman,"Jeez,was that necessary"objected the man,"Show yourself now or this is gonna take a really bad turn"Added the woman again,Michonne noticed that she was going to shoot a warning shot and Michonne obviously knows that this won't end good,so she had no choice but to reveal herself.
The woman sees that a mysterious figure in the shadow started to slowly approach them,"Yeah,that's right,slow and easy"Says the woman with warning tone to her voice"You better not be armed too"
As Michonne starts to come closer,some bits of her hair starts to appear,"Sasha is that you?Did you go back to your old school hair cut again?"Says the woman sarcastically."Who's Sasha?"Adds a deep female voice that was too grown up to be actually Sasha."Oh,so who yo are theeeee--"her face changes from a sarcastic face to utter disbelief face,and both characters drop their jaw in disbelief.
"Um..Fiona,Did we travel back in time or what?"Says the man while he's clearing his throat.

They could have made a mini series of what happened to Lilly when she left. Sure not everyone would like to play as her but it would have been an interesting scenario.
