Lee Everett's wife...

Yes I heard that 'Lee found a state senate with his wife and killed em both and was thus going to prison', but maybe Lee's wife is alive and he just killed the man only

If lee everett's any family is alive, chances are that only his wife is. If she is, wd3 just got better.

  • I dont want to see her , I've always thought lee killed her as well

  • Fennoy said she died, but he was wrong

  • Lee wouldn't of killed her. What she did to him was terrible, but Lee would never bring himself to kill his wife. As Lee said, it was an accident. He most likely got into a fight with the senator and killed him by accident because he was filled with rage. Regardless of that, Lee wouldn't of killed his wife.

  • Second-Degree murder on the Senator. I don't know what Lee used to kill the Senator though. Could be a Lamp and he shanked him with the shards...

  • Why does everyone thought Lee killed his wife as well? He killed the senator only

  • Not all users end s2 there... Ttg will put her somewhere where no matter what u choose, she appearz

  • Why do you think he didnt, bar that one line at the farm where many options are lies.

  • Bottom line: SHE'S GOT TO B ALIVE..SOMEWHERE

  • Not really, even if Lee didnt kill her there is no reason to think shes alive and so far away from where she presumably was

  • She's dead.

Sean Vanaman (Lead writer of Season One) confirmed It.

Still, why would he kill her as well? Even in the conversation with the stranger, he didn't sound like he did kill her

She also says in episode 2 that she only knows what they told her, she asks lee for more details.

  • Did he clarify if Lee killed her or she just died in the first wave of the apocalypse?

  • Ttg can think any damn thing.. they dont do anything without a reason, there's gotta be a Lee-Wife-Come-Back thought thingie in Bruner's or Writer's minds

Why? What at all would be interesting about that? Anyway I'm hoping they downtone the thinking and talking about Lee, there was so much in season 2 that seemed to deal with bringing up old feelings.

  • maybe she turned and is a zombie now

  • The game explicitly states that he only killed the senator. From the conversation with Kenny in episode 3:

Lee: "I was on my way to prison three weeks ago."

    Kenny: "No shit?"

    Lee: "No shit."

Kenny: "It wasn't for touching kids, was it?"

    Lee: "No, it wasn't."

Kenny: "Because we got two here."

Lee: "I killed a guy in a fight."

  • Doesn't someone ask lee where he thinks his wife is now?

Doesn't he say "I don't know. Probably in Virginia by now"

  • Just clarifying for everyone who was unsure on that front.

If he killed them both she would know because it would have been reported as a double homicide and he would have been publicly tried for both murders.

    Seriously, people, it's common sense.

We just don't know. It's not uncommon for multiple homicides involving a celebrity or high government official to overlook the other victims. But as a woman, i would think Carley would have mentioned it. Or maybe leaving ambiguous would allow us to care and root for him. I think us liking Lee would have changed if it was confirmed he killed his wife.

  • I don't really care, and I highly doubt she'll make an appearance if she was alive, which by the way I thought he only killed the senator.

  • We can't have Lee back (except hopeful as a voice-over so that his spirit carries on through Clem's journey) but we CAN have Lee's wife meet Clementine, just think about how amazing that could be.

  • Agreed. And it will be gud if ttg adds scenes like:
Clem is in trouble and she remembers one or 2 things or lines that Lee told her and that gives her strength. That'll be...

  • Clem's words will be our choice and i'll try not to bring that thing back, to tell her how nice Lee was, to slowly make her realise her mistake without saying it or blaming her directly

  • He only killed the senator, but I'm assuming she's dead from the outbreak anyway.
