Game change fantasy... "If I could change the game" ideas.
If I could change the game I'd go all the way back to Lee awakening in the meat locker after a horrible dream. Larry doesn't have a heart attack, and the game starts fresh from there.
This isn't meant to be a debate. It's for people who enjoy discussing fantasy that won't happen.

Lee and co. returned from Crawford after a successful mission. He goes and and talks to Clem and tells her that there might not be time to look for her parents. She starts crying and turns around. Lee puts the walkie talkie on the table, sits on the couch behind him and falls asleep.
Now...fantasy time !!!
Lee wakes up. He find out that Clem is NOT missing. He and his group take the boat to the river and they all sail on the boat happily ever after. The End
It's the ending they both deserved. :')
Yeah
I honestly thought this was going to be a single game when I started playing. That's why I was so upset when I realized our decisions didn't really change the game (when Carly got shot i realized it). When Kenny at the beginning of the game mentioned his fishing boat I really thought that would be their escape at the end.
Omid doenst get rekt.
I still think his death was so unfair.
Yeah it was really more empty. If a character dies, it should at least be more moving, and meaningful.
Jane never exists, and the finale leads up to Kenny Vs Luke instead.
Now that would have been epic, and a super difficult decision. Unlike the Kenny Vs Jane one, for me anyway.
Season 2
A few things in A House Divided, In Harm's Way, and Amid The Ruins. I would also change No Going Back's name to its original name, which was Better To Sleep. Mostly because the episode literally made me want to sleep.
Would have been way better + they started you liking Luke earlier which would have made more sense. It would have been better if Jane went to help Luke. She dies in the process which would set him up against Kenny who didn't like her. It would be the one thing to push Luke to be really pissed at Kenny which would lead to the fight.
What was wrong with A House Divided? I totally respect your opinion but I'm interested to hear why
Sarita and Nick die in the attempt to break out of Howe's Hardware...
Carlos and Sarah die in the lake instead of Luke
Season 1:
Lee and Clem can leave with Lilly and the RV. It would be a complete change with new characters and a new ending.
Season 2:
Carver can get tied up and not killed. Sarah can survive till the end of the game. Clem can free Arvo in the cabin and avoid the shooting confrontation.
Season 1: Kenny survives and reunites with Lee either in the hotel or during the zombie massacare. He helps Lee kill the stranger and he is the one to put Lee out of his misery (this ties in well with the earlier events of who kills duck and who kills the zombie kid at the house). He promises Lee that he will look after Clementine and keep her safe before he shoots him.
Season 2:
Plays out somewhat similar. Kenny and Clementine reunite with Omid and Christa. Omid gets killed off pretty quickly, Christa gets seperated , Kenny and Clementine find Walter's house. Big time skip to Clementine being older, some filler drama until cabin group show up.
I didn't like the wind turbine scene, and how Alvin told Clementine to look into the house past the bridge. I also didn't like how Luke chooses Clementine out of Nick and Alvin to take to the bridge. Other than that I loved the episode too!
Yeah that could have been done better. Why Luke would take her over the others is silly. Should have just had the entire group crossing, and in the standoff Nick panics and shoots the guy. Same result, more believable.
Sarita?
Season 2
It has six episodes instead of five
Telltale goes with the "Ralph" route.
Omid and Christa go missing together
Pete doesn't die in the first/second episode
Bonnie and Luke meet sometime during there five day travel to the lodge, that's where Luke decides he will sneak away if Carver attacks so he can comeback and help
Matthew lives a bit longer because Nick sucks at shooting.
Walter/Matthew determinant
Everyone changes outfits after episode 2
Carvers group has a LOT survivors.
The player has to convince all the 400 days people to leave Howe's with them.( They don't leave with them in the horde, they appear later to help them).
Rebbecca dies at Howe's giving birth, prompting the group to leave
Kenny and Carver fight in 203 but Kenny can win depending if he shot Carver or not in 202 however, He will lose his eye no matter what.
The group leaves in the start of 204 and depending on choices either Carlos or Sarah dies, Pete would also die here, being bit in the herd and he reveals it later at Parker's Run.
Sarita is left behind at Howe's in the horde (her status is unknown until later).
Jane doesn't exist.
Carver chases after the group, and 204 is pretty much the group trying to get away, traveling North.
If Carlos is alive, he can help with the baby, and Kennys eye. If Sarah is alive, she and Nick comfort each other for their loses
205, the lake scene happens again, but Carvers group is on their tail and walkers after them, giving them no choice but to cross the ice. Luke falls in, due to being shot. He is helped by Bonnie or Nick. Depending on who helps them, they die.
At the end of 205, they make it to the town, and this is were a lot of stuff goes down. At the end of ep5, Carver reveals he has Sarita hostage.
In 206,. Carver and Clems group fight. Sarita is killed, Alvin is killed fighting Carver, Kenny kills Carver. Matthew/Walter is killed if Carlos didn't survive.
I haven't thought of much after that, besides the fact that Luke and Kenny will get into a fight, and one of them can die.
These are just random things I thought would have been cool to happen instead, theres a lot more but... its just getting into fanfiction by now Lolz
EDIT: By the end the only people alive are
Carlos/Sarah
Bonnie/Nick
Luke/Kenny
Clem
Ralph, but I think he would leave later on maybe in episode 6
400 Days crew, except for I haven't thought of what to use them for.
Determinant, Matthew or Walter but they can die in episode 5.
I just look at this, and realize I have way to much time on my hands lol
They were going to do that (They even forshadowed it in ep 4) But......let's just say that a fan made a certain....ship...............We don't like to talk about it. Point is telltale wanted to kill it 100% so they took him down and replaced it with Jane.
Actually Jane was incredibly well developed as a character in the 3 episodes she appeared. There was a huge forum war for that one choice. People started making suicide accounts and some even got into barfights about it (You can see it in forum history)
Good fanfiction. Except for Jane not existing, she was a good character.
With lack of women in the world, both Lee and Kenny take their friendship to the next level and eventually adopt clem and aj.
I like it.
Luke never dies.
Ever.
No no, she can die on the ice.
EDIT: fuck, there isn't any ice
well, we'll make some ice.
Either Sarah or Carlos survive, but only one of them.
Lilly returns instead of Kenny.
I would want way more freedom in terms of the choices you make. Like, come on, telltale is 300+ employees strong, don't tell me they can't have a little more variation between different choices.
I didnt particularly want Lilly back either.
Christa and Omid back. The way they were booted out of the story will always stick in my craw.
Amen.
Actually Lilly being in place of Jane would have made a lot of sense, and brought closure to that particular story with regards to Kenny, and Lilly.
Season 1: Ben lives.
Season 2: Nick lives.
And I imagine when Season 3 comes around, I'll have a "Season 3: ??? lives."
But there is Ice :O
A House Divided: I would keep the episode the same. I'd delete the bridge, wind turbine scene, and the scene where Alvin tells you to check out the house past the bridge from existence. When Carver has the group hostage, you can actually choose to save certain characters. Let's say you go out with Kenny, if you tell him to keep shooting, it'll cause Carver to kill characters like Matthew, Walter, and Alvin. If you tell Kenny to give up sooner, you'll be able to save them. Once carver gets to Sarita, Kenny will still automatically give up.
In Harms Way: One major thing I would add to this episode is a giant hub area where you can explore the community, and convince some 400 days characters to come with you when you escape. Depending on how you interact with them, you'll be able to convince them to come. I would make Carver a lot more intimidating. I would also add a scene where Clementine overhears a conversation where Carver threatens Rebecca that he'll kill Alvin (if you save him) and even rape her. I would also make Carver a lot more intimidating and evil. Instead of the prisoners just working he'd torture them if they tried to escape. I would also add a lot more people in the community. And instead of the group being held in the yard, they'd be locked in cells. Towards the end of the episode Rebecca will go into labor which will slow everyone down. Clem and another female character will be forced to help her. The birth scene is graphic and dark, the baby makes it but Rebecca won't. By the end of the episode the group leaves the community and see the giant herd of walkers approaching them. Oh and Carver lives up until No Going Back.
Not in your thingy.
That's my "alternate" Lake scene idea, if thats what you mean. Theres always room for Jane and the ice :P
Sounds good. I actually thought at first the reason Reggie had no arm was because Carver cut it off for punishment for him trying to leave.
season 1: being able to kill that fucking useless piece of shit Ben. FUCK BEN!! and if you like ben too and try to defend him FUCK YOU TOO!! (Kappa, just kidding i dont mean that, everyone likes who they like. but yeah fuck Ben) being able to stay at the Motor Inn when the cannibals first come. i mean yeah i get what they say, that Lee its not the leader, i wish you couldve have a discussion and convince people not to go. then later by some reason they kinda have to go there. have lee not die D,,: D,: D,; D,: D,: D,:
season 2: the opening. c'mon TT that was just bullshit. Bromid's death was really the worst. fuck nick's death or sarah, who gives a shit about them ( i do know people care about them so just ignore that, im just trying to be a bit more edgy cuz im mad about omid's death :v) Omid's death, which i defended and kinda liked, not as in i liked that omid died but it was the tone setter for the season, but the more that i think about it, it just makes more angry and sad. Christa's dissmisal, that was like ok...?? i mean i get what they said, that sometimes, if it was the real world, in that type of situation you might never find them again. specially since they were going another way. that whole shoot out and Arvo bullshit. first i mean they could've wounded someone more, or maybe of they didnt kill almost everyone before, maybe kill some from the group. i mean the way it ended someone needed to die or be more wounded. Also why were they russian? im not goin the "there is no russian in that place" shit, but why make them russian? i dont get it. they could've done the Carver group, who ever survived, along with Arvo, and have someone from the DLC from season one on the group shooting at us. and maybe not killing Luke so early i get it. i get it more than some of the people here.
if you made some grammatical and/or punctuation errors feel free to correct me too lazy to check my sentences and they way they are set up and also i might not know if i really wrote it right. .
Oh, shit. I didn't see that. Whoops.
