Free speech doesn't carry over to this private forum. Telltale is a private company with its own website. Freedom of speech is applied in the context of some form of government limiting your speech. That doesn't mean that organizations are not allowed to make their own rules and ask that other people follow those rules.

But the Episode still hasn't been rated yet. Looking at past Episodes, they were mostly rated about two weeks before the actual release. So it's very unlikely that it comes out in just one week's time, even if it appeared on the Australian Classification Board right now.

It has never been announced for January. Originally, it was late fall 2015, and on December 3, 2015 it was confirmed that it would not relea… morese in December, and later that day Telltale announced it was to be released in February 2016. There has been no announcement indicating it was to release in January 2016.
Telltale never stated that it will be out in January, it was scheduled for release in Fall of last year but was then pushed back by Telltale to February of this year to try and hit a "tight" release schedule, don't worry though, some tweets have started to sparkle on TT's own Twitter, they're mostly saying that "it's coming soon" but it most likely means the release is nigh..
