Season 1: Ben, I have mixed feelings about Ben, even after Carley gets shot in the head you can ask him if it was him who stole supplies for the bandits and he will angrily deny it, that is insulting Carley who protected him.
Season 2: Bonnie, she betrays Clementine group and still works with Carver after he executes Walter and determinant Alvin and she blames Clementine for not being able to save Luke, plus she steals the supplies which leaves Clementine and A.J for dead.

about bonnie i think she was right to try to get to luke in the ice while she was wrong in the betrayal thing
because luke had a busted leg so he wouldnt be able to move
but the rest is pure truth about her character

In Season One it was one of the characters you told me to exclude (Larry) but I also heavily disliked the Stranger, for obvious reasons.
In 400 Days for me it's Dee. Accidents happen and I still suspect some foul play with her attacking Bonnie in a non-canon death.
And Season Two it's easily Troy. No doubt about that for that matter. My opinion changed per episode of that Season for that matter, but I always hated Troy (even though he only plays a big role in one episode).
Season 1: The entirety of the Save-Lots bandits. They let themselves lose all humanity they had and commited horrible acts against other survivors; it was heavily implied that they abducted Jolene's daughter and handed her to the St. Johns (and they ate her) in exchange for bread and vegetables.
Season 2: Troy. He was too one-dimensional and unrealistic and a plain jackass
By the way, why did you classify both Larry and Lilly as the most hated characters? Personally, both of them were two of my favorite characters on Season 1, and I would bet that more than a few people hate Kenny more than they hated Larry and Lilly.
I forgot all about Troy, hated that guy too.
Season 1: Vernon. At first I liked him, he seemed like an alright guy, but not only did he end up taking the boat, he also thought Lee was incapable of taking care of Clementine and wanted to take her away from me. He can rot in hell for all I care.
Season 2: Bonnie. One might assume Arvo, but even after what he did, I still hate Bonnie a hell of a lot more. She's betrayed every group she's ever been in one way or another, got people around her killed because of her own stupidity, and should frankly be dead, but is like a leach, living and thriving off of its host, and then latches onto someone else. She is incapable of handling herself in this world and relies on others to protect her. She's not only my most hated character from Season 2, but my most hated character overall.
Season 1: Save Lots Bandits and The Crawford Oberson

S1: Ben so, so much. I don't think him being a teenager is an excuse because I'm probably younger than him and I wouldn't be dumb enough to remove the one thing that was holding a door shut with a horde of walkers behind it. If it wasn't for Clem I would've left his ass in Crawford.
400 Days: When I hit Dee with the pipe I thought I messed up so I restarted and didn't do anything and the b**** killed me. I had no hesitation in destroying her face after that.
S2: Arvo. I hate this piece of s*** so much.

Season 1: Er tough decision but Ben for sure. Season 2: Bonnie or Arvo, can't decide I hate them both equally. :P
S1: Andy St. John. He's just, what a cannibal jerk. Love the part where Lee says "They aren't coming." and he goes all crazy.
S2: Arvo or Bonnie, pretty obvious why.

In season one I really disliked the stranger, for obvious reasons.
As for season two -I'm going to get rekt for this- I began to seriously dislike Kenny. It was great to see him back and I almost teared up at his and Clem's reunion but then, later on, he beats up a teenager because he jumped to a conclusion about him lying about supplies, only for Jane to come in and throw them on the floor, let alone he acts aggressive towards that teenager, detrimentally, becomes aggressive towards a 11 year old girl and I see so many people erase that shit, whether the stuff he's done was optional or not. I definitely don't like Jane either (she's done a bunch of shitty things too), but if I had to pick one of them I dislike the most then I'm going to pick Kenny.
No, it didn't happen like. The bandits took her away and raped her. We still don't know if she is dead or not, likely dead per se.
Season 1: Vernon. Despite being so nice to him, he didn't trust me taking care of Clementine and forced me to take her off my hands, so I threatened him when the choice popped out. He stole Kenny's boat randomly leaving no good reason like a selfish asshole. Glad he's dead.
Season 2: Jane. When I encountered her the first time, I was just neutral. When she was teaching me about survival, I was starting to like her. BUT, when we were escaping the Trailer Park, Jane told me to leave Sarah to die, I was like WHAT?, then I started to distrust her because no one tells MY Clementine to let her friends die. NO ONE. When I caught Jane and Luke having a good time, I started to hate her much more, this caused Sarah to die. I didn't accept her nail file, I don't need any of her shit. Later, she becomes very bitchy, she left a baby in frozen car where he could have died (I don't care what you say, the only reason AJ survived is because of plot armor) to manipulate Clem shoot her friend, that was clearly unnecesary, you can't provoke a man who lost a lot people he cared for, it's not a part of survival, Clem already knew he was broken, Jane didn't even want to say to Kenny that AJ was alive so she DID want Clem to kill him. And OMG, when Clem forgives Jane, it makes me very uncomfortable.
Season One: The Stranger , because that guy is the definition of bat shit crazy
400 Days: Dee. She kills you if you don't hit her with the club , and if you DO hit her with it , she has the nerve to wheeze accusations at you.
Season Two: Bonnie , if you do the sensible thing and shoot the Walkers going after Luke. Stupid ginger bitch.
Tbh I wish we had the option of hitting Dee with the pipe again.

Ben: His deal with the bandits helped get Carley/Doug, and Duck killed, which then lead to Kat killing herself. He cowardly left Clem to the approaching walkers, and didn't watch her when asked to. He took the hatchet out of the door handles that then allowed walkers to swarm inside the school that lead to Brie's death. He was just an idiot.
Arvo: I've already explained why I don't like him a few times now in the past week or so.
It takes a lot for me to hate a character. Not a lot of characters got me mad. Brie really annoyed me but I don't know if I hate her.
I disliked Luke. I know everyone will jump on me for that. I liked him to begin with, then his character seemed to bounce back and forth from 'we gotta help everybody' to 'we gotta leave some folks behind'. He just seemed bland to me.
First season, I'd say Danny St. John. Creepy as heck.
Difficult one for me because i liked all the characters in their own way even the bad ones because they brought something unique to the game and i know i can't choose Larry or Lilly but those 2 are the only ones i heavily disliked. If i had to choose another i would say Molly although i didn't hate her but there were a few things I didn't like about her.
