No. Robert Kirkman doesn't allow any of his comic characters meet the video game characters. Besides, Michonne's timeline happens after Lee's death.
The Michonne Miniseries has been confirmed to take place between Issues #126 and #139 of the Comic Series, which is from two to four years into the apocalypse. Lee died three and a half months into the apocalypse.
So I'm sorry to say this, but Michonne meeting Lee is impossible.

Yes, Hershel and Glenn appeared in Episode 1 because it was taking place even before they appeared in the comics and that's the only reason why Telltale were allowed to show them in Season 1. Even if they wanted to, they can't do that again. Overall we're talking about characters which are from Kirkman's comics so he has a last saying about them and for what I remember he stated once that there won't be any cameos like that in Telltale's games ever and also any cameos of video games characters in his comics. In terms of TV show, while he admited that it's possible, he isn't too fond of that idea. At least as far as I remember. Maybe he changed his mind but I doubt it.
Also, I'm pretty sure that at three months, Rick's group would still be in the Atlanta camp, or just got on the road. So she wouldn't have even met Rick or the group yet.
This series takes place around 4 years into the apocalypse,seeing as she comes back to rick at the end of it and thats quite a bit after the second 2 year time skip
