There is currently no information on any other The Walking Dead Game apart from the Michonne Mini-Series which is currently ongoing, we will be getting news of Season 3 once the Michonne Mini-Series has finished. In terms of personal opinion, I don't know if they'll follow up with a Season 4 but there's always a possibility if they don't end Clementine's story in Season 3, there's also the possibility of getting a spin-off or mini-series much like the Michonne Mini-Series and maybe even Season 3 DLC like 400 Days.
Season 3 isn't out yet and almost nothing about it is known yet...scratch that...nothing at all is known.
The 400 days was simple a season 1 bonus...the point was the same as anything else....its a story to play through. It introduced us to Bonnie...as well as a few other characters. Sure other than Bonnie it was a little crappy they were so minor but yeah. It wouldn't make any sense for their to be a follow up to that.
400 days was just a small side story showing other saviors we would not have seen otherwise. you do know there are more stories in the walking dead then we see right?
Season Three hasn't started yet so I think we're talking about that far too early. A 400 Days follow-up would be nice also but I don't see that one being all too likely. We might see some 400 Days characters in the future though (I hope).
I'm hoping that Season 3 is the 400 days follow up. Either starting off right when the herd arrives at Howe's (shout out to "Into the Fray"), or right after Tavia takes Bonnie and whoever else away from the campsite in the 400 days finale, and you start off playing whoever stayed behind.

It was already confirmed that there's going to be a Season Three ; we just don't know anything beyond that.
