From what I've heard, CB Rick is missing a hand, as well as walks with a cane.
So obviously he's taken quite a lot of abuse.
And his current condition would make it much more difficult for him to fight.
Where as TV Rick has both hands, and walks and runs just fine.
And even though having been shot in the shoulder in S1, shot in the leg in S4 - when the Governor besieged the prison, as well as everything else, Rick fights like the devil. At this point - regarding his skills with guns and brawling - Rick reminds a lot of Joel from The Last Of Us.
Dude, he lost the fight with The Governor, he would have died had Michonne not showed up to save him. Shane was beating the ever living shit out of him for a while, as was Tyreese. The only reason Rick even started to beat Tyreese was because Daryl stepped in to help him out. In the comics, Rick was able to beat Tyreese without anyone's help. Scenes like The Marauders and his fight with Pete are taken directly from the comics, both of which he was able to do with one hand. The scene with the Hunters is also pretty similar to the comics, except the one in the comics is much darker as comic Rick was thinking about eating them before he decided to just kill them. Even now in the comics, where he walks on a cane, he's still able to kick people's asses.
I disagree. Here's why! (Watch the clips).

Need I say more?
Comic Rick Grimes hands down. Sure, Tv Rick shows he's capable of handling blows and looking all badass. But just because comic Rick is an amputee doesn't mean he's less capable in a fight.
Comic Rick Grimes should not be underestimated, no matter what. He's smarter than the average survivor when the situation calls for it.
The comics always seemed a little bit over the top to me. Rick losing fights sometimes feels more realistic. He's a man, not a machine. But he has proven, to me, that he can fight.

I'm still betting on TV Rick.
Though I have to admit it would be damn interesting if they had a character on the show who has gone through pretty much the same thing as Comic Rick, and have him and TV Rock battle it out - provides CB Rick is as capable as you say?

Comic Rick considered eating the Terminites? Where there goes my appetite!
Why the fuck would he even consider that? Did the comic give C-Rick's reasoning?

Yeah... right now. Comic rick is pretty far ahead of tv show rick.

CB Rick kinda sounds like an old man at this point?
Comic Rick.
well as of right now, tv show rick, comic rick is missing a hand and has a bum leg and uses a cane
It was more of an attempt to taunt and scare The Hunters than actually considering it, but it's still pretty dark.
Comic rick. Hes lost a hand and his leg was nearly broken and he is still a badass who took down negan and multiple others
