Now that episode 2 has released on Steam i thought it was time to create the episode 3 waiting thread
Oh gee golly, I can't wait to see what they do in this.
I have this disturbing feeling that Michonne's hallucinations of her daughters will be used to foreshadow the fates of James and Alex, the two kids seen in Episode 2. I don't see them making it out of the finale alive.
I don't know, I somewhat doubt Norma would allow those kids to die, Randall sure, but Norma, I don't think so.
I think they might use James and Alex to contrast Michonne, because they lost their father and she lost her daughters.
What will happen to them, I don't know. Maybe they get taken to Oceanside or Alexandria or something?
Episode 2's cliffhanger was crazy intense. I wonder how they will top that in episode 3?
For some reason I only see one way Episode 3 ending.
"The Companion sails into the sunset with all the surviving "good" people on board."
I'm curious to see what's going to happen to this game-only characters, since there's so many of them.
I probably should have clarified and meant I wonder how episode 3 overall will top the episode 2 cliffhanger. The road to the ending is no doubt gonna be a bumpy ride.
Uh, you got me, I have no idea. I guess something along the lines of All-Out War Part 2 or something.

Going off of past releases for the last two Michonne episodes, I am expecting an April 26th release date. I am just a volunteer moderator so this is only an educated guess on my part. Thank goodness the wait for this finale won't be excruciating because of timely episode releases.
So, what I've really been worried about is that the last episode is still going to be short. Basically, it seems like it'll go like this: Norma is coming to pick up Randall, or whatever you left of him... You'll be stuck at the house, there's going to be a fight, house burns down, (maybe some people die) and then a flashback to end the episode. I mean really, I don't see much going on in the next part. (I'm probably going to enjoy it nevertheless.)
I get a feeling that the founding of Oceanside might be the ultimate goal of the series. Following the aftermath of the bloodshed, the remains of Monroe and Samantha's family come together to start anew, with the house as the center and the remaining boats for trading. It would explain how Pete knows Oceanside.
Or, at the end, on The Companion drops off Sam and her family, and then sails off.
I don't know, I feel they have to tie in Oceanside somehow. I doubt we would see it in the comics. I would love to see Alex and James playing as Rick walks past, it be a good tie-in.
OH man! Episode 2 was so good! Can't wait till episode 3! (Episode 1 had me worried, but wowwee~).
I think that you're partially right, however that those kids won't die but in fact become Michonne's salvation because by saving them she can save herself.
And so the wait begins for the tuesday of April!

Welp here's hoping Michonne finally confronts her demons in the finale. I know it's not something you just get over, but I hope some progress can be made.

They should do a direct adaptation of The Walking Dead comics after Season 3
it's nice but I've become attached to this series
Season 3 should have more comic references so it might relate to how much of an impact the Video Game characters have made. I mean Lee Everett was the biggest impact. If he just went straight to prison, then he would have eventually met Rick and the group lol
Best walking dead story I have played
Telltale has said they are against retelling existing stories, and that Robert Kirkman did not want Telltale to retell Rick's story when Telltale came to Kirkman about working on Season 1. Michonne is probably as close as we are getting in terms of anything relevant and canon to the comics.

True, but that was in their super early days. Not to mention, they didn't have the time/experience/quantity of staff members to make a compelling new story from the ground up, I would imagine.
Cannot wait for the episode! Also, I'm curious to see how this is going to relate to Season 3...

Too bad that the (probably) only Telltale series closest to the comics is about to end.
