What type of Locations/Scenary would you like to see in Season 3?

Personally I would love to see some downtown city environments and some open farmland areas in this game. It will definately make the game feel much more diverse, instead of the typical foresty locations.

  • Anything that the creative mind can come up with. Sky's the limit.

  • Different types of weather would be a nice addition to the scenary, as we've seen before.

  • A natural disaster like a hurricane and or tornado like from season 5 of the TV show. Episode "them" which was an underrated episode too I felt.

  • One of the big cities, like that flashback in Michonne ep 2, it was so cool to see the whole city in smoke right in the beginning of the apocalypse. Course season 3 will be pretty far into the apocalypse, still I'd like to see some cities.

  • I'd like to be able to travel in a community area (I guess Wellington? It has so much potential).

Maybe a lake area by the woods with a cabin (animals live there) and boats docked, including a waterfall with a mining tunnel behind it.

Cliffside of a canyon like literally against the edge where you have to escape some psychos.

An actually intriguing museum you see in cities. Perhaps the museum can serve as a base for some group.

Ooh, that would be so pretty!

  • The zoo. Wild animals (besides Sam) would be a cool new element. An untouched gun shop, it's time for Clementine to upgrade, I'm thinking a flamethrower would be a good comprimise.

  • A thriving community with people all around just going about their own business or an abandoned shopping centre like in the Last of Us dlc.

  • I kind of want to go back to urban environments, like season one.

  • I'd like to see Howe's, that's for sure.

I know it's probably not a possibility, but I'd like to see more big cities. As @CrazedRabbit said, it was cool to see all those buildings burning from a high-placed apartment and I really liked Savannah.

Maybe if not in the main story, then perhaps spin-offs and/or DLCs?

  • I mean if there was a zoo, there's only one thing that comes to my mind, you feel me?

  • Shiva?

  • I would really like to see a lighthouse. Maybe we're trying to reach shelter and we get to the top of the lighthouse only to see all the walkers outside. This stems from my experience in the Outer Banks in North Carolina, which would also be a real cool place.

A volcano would be cool, so would a subway. I'm surprised Kirkman hasn't done anything with the Washington Metro, it be pretty cool.

An airport would be a unique spot I guess.

  • An insane asylum where they try to test the walker infection but things get out of hand

  • besides Sam

Thought you were talking about this Sam for some good ten seconds.

    "Sam"

  • Oh my goodness, me too until I saw your post XD

I forgot about Sam the dog

  • I would like to come across an small, overrun abandoned town. It should be rather easy to go in and out, and you'd find much more supplies than in the middle of the woods

  • Maybe Mexico since it was mentioned at S2 Episode 5 (or maybe not).

    Texas? The fuck!

Edit: By the way, I italiziced that part of the comment because I was quoting Kenny from 'No Going Back.' I personally have nothing against Texas; I believed you had worded your comment like that as if you were quoting Mike. So, I apologize if you took it the wrong way.

Like quite a few people have said, more urban environments. Preferably with some overgrowth and nature reclamation going on. Vines and tall grass and all that cool stuff. Perhaps some suburban areas, too. Blocks of houses, some small apartment complexes, maybe.

And you know what else would be cool? A bank. I mean, think about it; a bank vault would be a good place to hole up. Things are nigh impenetrable to all the standard stuff. No bandits are gonna be shooting their way through that shit.

Also, rain. You can never go wrong with adding some rain to a scene.

  • I would like to see Atlanta since in Season One that was were Lee was being transported from, and were Glenn was headed because it was a high alert area and probably highly infested with walkers.

I think the main thing would be to have Wellington be at least somewhat big and explorable. That would be something new for Telltale and could open up a lot of possibilities.

  • A ski slope with a choreographed skiing fight-QTE scene.

But in all honesty I'd like to see a barren mountain top. Because mountains are cool.

  • A decent village. You never know what can hide in those little cute houses.

Also a town. It was super mysterious in Savannah, a lot of streets, hiding, running away. I liked that kind of style in Dying Light.

  • I prefer natural environments over urban myself, Season Two had plenty of forests already though. I'd like something different for Season Three for certain though...maybe areas that even make call-backs to Season One. I really enjoyed Hershel's farm and the St. John's farm. They were really fun locales to walk around in (especially the latter). I generally want more open areas like the two I just mentioned. Don't necessarily have to be farms however.

  • Clementine. Friend of Lions, Tigers, and Bears...Oh My! ...But mostly tigers.

I mean if there was a zoo, there's only one thing that comes to my mind, you feel me?

  • Telltale loves the name Sam.

besides Sam Thought you were talking about this Sam for some good ten seconds.

  • Can you open a bank vault from the inside? It could be hellish

  • A school or university would be good it would be varied there would be loads of supplies clothing, chemicals, tools ect you could kettle the zombies into a empty pool and hear all their bones break when they fall in the deep end and the wouldnt be able to get out. The guys could raid the theatre department and have some fun dressing up and forget about the apocalypse for a little while, sigh, now I want this too bad.

  • Cities, urban areas. The forests from s2 got boring as they seemed the same in every episode. I miss places like Macon and Savannah

  • Not gonna happen, but it would be cool if there was an island imo.

  • Some sort of government facility would be pretty cool! An abandoned town. The beach. Mountains. A volcano. An island. A cave. Hospital. Another cemetery. A lighthouse, or perhaps a prison.

Idk, there are a lot of possibilities.

  • Here's some places:

    • An amusement park or circus. Eddie and Jane talked about them.
    • A creepy house that implies a psycho murderer lived in it once.
    • An airport
    • A dock or ship yard
    • A seafood restaurant
    • Mountains
    • Mine shaft
    • Carnival Park
  • Some fantastic ideas here people!! :) Plenty of beautiful and bizarre locations to hope for in this season.

  • A city at night. That'd be beautiful, like a derelict city that somehow has some power, or night-time when it's snowing. A setting like this:

    enter image description here

Somewhere like this, where it's dark, snowy, icy breaths and shivering, we see the flickering light of a popular gas station barely illuminating the nearby area, it just really strikes a chord as a great creepy apocalyptic scene.
