I saved Oak, but I didn't have Paige shoot Norma. I actually tried making the deal and traded Randall for Oak. Then the walkers attacked, Norma cut him loose, he attacked me, and I ended up killing him.

To be fair, I wouldn't expect someone watching a family member die in front of them to think rationally. Like, take Sam and Zachary for instance. It was an accident, but Sam was seeing red and wasn't thinking clearly. It's the same way with Norma. Even if it was in self-defense, I don't think she'd be thinking that way after seeing her brother get brained. Not trying defend her choice to go all Governor and try to kill everyone, but it's somewhat understandable.
Randall was such an asshole. He was so stupid to try kill Michonne when he just got reunited with his sister.
I mean, he did say he'd kill you once he got free. So at least he kept good on his promise. Gotta respect a man that keeps a promise. Even if that promise is killing the shit out of you.
