Wont load my chosen story decisions for the next season

Hey, im new here and im sorry if this isnt okay but i couldnt find an answer elsewhere on here.

I just finished season 1 and started season 2 and it wont continue using the story line (decisions etc..) i chose.

For example, i chose to save Carley instead of Doug and Doug is the one in season 2 at the beginning not Carley (even tho i chose to let Doug die in season 1)

How do i fix this and why isnt it using my chosen story decisions? First time on here and first time playing the game.

    Maybe @letlive1993 was confusing him with Omid?

    Wait, that doesn't make sense, since he'd know who Omid is if he had played Season 1.

    Or maybe he thinks S1E1 is Season 1 and Season 2 is S1E2, but sorry I can't help you should contact a Telltale Staff or something.

    I had this problem with S2E5. I'm not sure anything can be done other than replaying and hoping for the best. :/

    face palm My mistake guys i meant season 1 episode 2

    My choice in letting doug die in the first episode didnt carry over to the second one.

    but i guess it doesnt matter now seeing as he died regardless and the same fate might have been for Carley
