The Walking Dead Michonne: a small forgotten detail ?

When you talk to Norma over the walkie-talkie she says that whatever you did to Randall, she'll do to your crew but that never happens even after you take the bag off Randall's head and she's able to see him... Did Norma decide to not do that or what ?

    Umm it was this moment when she sees Randall the fight starts and like half of the crew are with Michonne so it would be probably useless to risk your life to kill a crew you have just met. Another thing would be probably she just really didn't mean it just to scare Michonne off.

    I guess you are right but it still feels pretty off to me like the first time she said that I was actually terrified `cause I didn't make the best choices regarding Randall
