I think, zombie is not what Robert Kirkman try to tell us.., i think he just wanna tell us about how cruel people can be..
It is just because Robert Kirkman has.. _what will i call this.. a shallow imagination that lead him to just get a zombie to strengthen the idea..
poor Robert Kirkman..
He has no idea to gain more than zombie things to express..
There is no immunity to the bite because Robert Kirkman, the creator of the Walking Dead series, said so. I know their blood is infected. Th… moreey die they come back. They get bit it speeds the infection up. How do you know he didn't get bitten? The Police Officer had gotten out the car and had been shooting at the Zombies. There was a clear scream from him while Lee was losing consciousness.
And Lee didn't get covered in Walker blood until the house and he landed on his side not on the wound.
It's a pretty dumb concept tbh. You're stuck on lee dying in season 1, no he's not immune to bites and even if he was immune he would've died already cause he was almost completely dead in the end of season 1. This isn't the last of us no one is immune to bites or the infection in general. Let's just say he was immune though, why the hell would have been almost dead in season 1 (No matter what you do cut of his arm or keep his arm on the same things happens to him he almost dies and does not have enough energy to even move) So not just shitting on your idea buddy but that concept is complete B.S. Also he's cannon dead so there's no way that he could still be alive. I feel like even if lee did comeback that wouldn't make like any sense and it most likely (or definitely) not gonna happen.
but some wont be pissed
FINE I TOO AGREE THAT LEE IS DEAD BUT IF U KNOW MORE THAN ME THEN TELL ME WHY THERE WILL BE NO IMMUNITY IN TWD AND PLEASE DONT SAY THAT ITS BE CAUSE ROBERT SAID SO
WE'LL GET DETAILS IN JULY!? WHAT UNTIL THEN? WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO FROM TELLTALE IN THESE MONTHS?? (we dont even have any info on mcsm 678)
I DONT THINK S3 IS STARTING BEFORE LATE AUTUMN...DAMN
Until then we will have to wait unless they decide to announce some more details at E3 which is from June 14-16, i suspect they will talk about Batman in more detail at E3 but it would be cool if they give us a small bit of season 3 news.

The jump from Season 1 of Walking Dead to Wolf Among Us was super impressive. With all their hinting, it sounds like they are going even further with their jump to Batman/Walking Dead: Season 3, which has me extremely excited to see how their art is updated. I hope we get some screens of Batman at E3, since we aren't likely to get Season 3 screens until later in the year.
I mainly sunk the thread before because we wanted people to focus more on Michonne since that was the closer series of the two at the time. I don't imagine I'll be sinking the thread anymore with no other Walking Dead content coming before Season 3.
I imagine it means they are making very notable improvements to the art style which is a good thing, as opposed to just flat out changing it. Think of the jump in production qualities from Season 1 to Season 2, but even larger. Of course, how the engine runs is another thing, but I don't think you will see Telltale commenting on engine performance.
A VERY updated look
I don't really know how to react. Is this good or bad? I hope this means it runs smoother and not that they change the look altogether...

I'm guessing it will be pretty notable, as Michonne runs on the current version of Telltale's engine whereas all Telltale games starting with Batman get the shiny bells and whistles that Telltale have been alluding to these last few months. I think Michonne was a minor upgrade of Season 2, but it sounds like Season 3 will definitely be more notable.
I thought they were going to be moving to an updated engine weren't they? o_o at least that's what I thought I heard ages back from on here.
I'm still curious on the updated look thing though, I thought the Michonne series showed those improvements already, because things were already looking pretty shiny with the graphics on that. I'm wondering what more they can do. Could it just be implying new walkers?

@Deltino NICK IN A TUTU FOR SEASON 3 CONFIRMED!
Edit: Wait. Lilac, is this not real? You can expect anything from Job these days, but you really did fool me—and are still doing it now—if it's fake.
We need a gif of that. The shaking around confirmed for Season 3 gif XD
Edit: You thought it was real!? Duuuude lol. You really think they'd put wigs and tutus on zombies!?
Yeah, that's that I meant - they are moving to a notably updated engine that will allow for, as Job puts it, a "VERY updated" improved art style among other things. "VERY Updated" in this context likely means vastly improved and not outright changed to a new art style.

I hope Michonne allows them to use some extra assets to spice things up that they wouldn't have had before if they hadn't made it. I was quite impressed at some of the more unique designs that came with Michonne. For example, that one Monroe guy who looked really pissed, he had a very detailed design, same with a bunch of the zombies. All the other stuff, like those duffel bags and uh, other things, if it allows them to work other things, would be great.
I agree that the art style probably won't change drastically, just be a lot more detailed and better looking in general. I would be very surprised if Telltale got rid of the comic based art style. Hopefully it will all pay off.

I'm thinking it will look a little more comic-like and higher fidelity, kind of like Wolf but not as saturated/flat colored. They can probably use the same models but update the textures, as they've done in past games. For example, some of the models in Season 1/2 of Walking Dead were reused from earlier Telltale games. Models such as the one they used for Maybelle and that rabit doll were reused and updated from Telltale's earlier titles. Actually, I think they even did that with one or two of the toys Michonne sees in her hallucinations during the mini-series.

Yeah, I was alluding to that. The Rabbit Doll from Season 2 was also reused from Wallace and Gromit, and Maybelle (the cow from Season 1) was reused from Bone.

I dont think ANYONE would be smiling while rubbing zombie guts on their faces, except if they are psycopaths
U mean no ttg this month? (i think june as well)
Looks like this thread is going to sink again. Oh well...
Job is doing a bit of Batman and Walking Dead teasing.
I truly hope this updated look means performance on the TT engine will run better than ever along with gorgeous visuals.

I have to wonder what Season 3 will look like compardd to Michonne. I would be pleasantly surprised if it was a major upgrade from it.

Ozzy there was more:
<.< I'm pretty sure they're legit. Not been...photoshopped or anything of the kind, nuuu, nu nu.

Job is known for his sarcasm, isn't he?
I should've known it was you when I read "titty physics."

If I'm being perfectly honest here, I don't really find any of that bad. Some is even "good".

Probably my favorite line right there.

The robot toy in Michonne was reused from one of the toys from Devil's Playhouse. I'm pretty confident on that.
Yeah, I was alluding to that. The Rabbit Doll from Season 2 was also reused from Wallace and Gromit, and Maybelle (the cow from Season 1) was reused from Bone.
SCREAMS CHANGE THAT JACKET
Haha. Trololol.
The jacket was ugly but functional. It deserves a proper sendoff.
Also MOAR MAX HYPE!
Taps
Well, we already had a 'hint' that there would be new art, so that wasn't that surprising :v

Just a friendly reminder guys, please don't talk about banned users. Thanks!
Cool beans. All clear everyone!
Someone please show this to Job. I'm sure he'll think it's hilarious. He seems like the kind of guy to find this humorous.
1 gun salute to da ugly azz jacket
