What does that have to do with what age Clementine will reach before she croaks it?
This entire comment seems so unnecessary and can only leave me to believe that you've got some deep-seated resentment towards a 9 year old girl who was manipulated and her trust exploited. It's like you think that someone of her age could contemplate the dangers of strangers, even after she trusted Lee, a man she didn't know from a hole in the ground.
Hopefully she gets bit and then slowly dies. It's what happened to lee trying to mop up after her mess I.e clementine being seduced by the s… moretrangers lies, getting taken and resulting in lee being bit and dying.
And before people say she's a little girl, had she had listened, lee wouldn't of got bit. Adult, elderly , little, call what you want, she still caused lee to be killed.
Whether you made Lee be a dick to Clem, he still goes after her to save her life whether you want him to or not. Still tells her that he'll keep her safe.
Clementine was unaware of anything bad before Lee met her. She didn't know about the ZA or about people manipulating others. Lee and the others try to teach her how to live and how to deal with people. Lee and Christa tell her that the stranger isn't a good person, yet she still goes out there. And it's not as if the stranger went inside and grabbed her. She went out on her own will, meaning that no matter what Lee can do or say to have her trust him, she will always betray that trust and believe the lies of a man she hasn't even seen in real life.
My beef with Clementine is that she is that protected, that she can indirectly cause the deaths of multiple characters, yet people turn a blind eye with the whole "shes a little girl". Did you not remember what Chuck said to Lee on the train? That bullshit excuse doesn't mean anything. She knew the guy was wrong, but chose to believe if because she still thought her parents were alive. You can tell her that they're dead and she still is too naïve to believe the truth. Bottom line is she believed the lies of a random person over people she knew and trusted and a guy who had saved her on more then one occasion and her negligence caused the death of him, ben and Kenny(as we thought at the time). Weather you choose to admit it or not, she indirectly caused all of it.

Obviously I can't change the way the story runs, but what I can change is how Lee sees her i.e Not giving her food, not helping her look for her hat, offering her to Vernon, the stranger, asking Omid and Christa to take her etc.
Or, I could choose to remain silent and not care.

I know I got banned from "NohatClem" even though he/she followed on everything I commented on after I made a crude remark about Clementine.
You know, when you think about it, couldn't her leaving be considered your fault in your playthrough? If you didn't give her food, kept telling her her parents were dead, and basically treated her like shit the whole time, maybe she's justified in going with the guy that actually treated her with a modicum of human decency.

Except that Lee still cares about her in the end, because that's practically the whole point of the story. Yeah, you don't personally feel that way, but in the grand scheme of things, you're an outlier that is part of an extreme minority, and if you had your way with how the story played out, you'd basically be shitting all over the story they were trying to tell in the first place. In fact, I could argue you're already doing that with some of your aforementioned choices. Yeah yeah, you're asking "why would they add those choices if they didn't expect people to choose them?" Why'd they add the silence option? For those times when you don't like any of the responses. But try to play a full silent run, and you'll see just how patchy the game gets when you're basically telling the story to fuck off. It's an option that's meant to be used sparingly, not at every possible turn. Treating Clementine like shit the entire way through is pretty much the same thing. At the end of the day, they're trying to tell a story. Sure, they should respect your choices, but what if you're not really respecting the story to begin with? You're acting like an antithesis to the story they're trying to tell. And there's no way they're going to respect the choices of someone that's actively undermining their story. Agree or disagree with that notion if you want, but that's the way it is.
Obviously I can't change the way the story runs, but what I can change is how Lee sees her i.e Not giving her food, not helping her look for… more her hat, offering her to Vernon, the stranger, asking Omid and Christa to take her etc.

Yeah, you know, you're right. I wouldn't blame her because I treated her like shit, pity, that you can treat her the best you can in the game, yet she still does the same thing as if you hated her like I did.
So in the end, no matter how you treat her, she's still going to do go listen to the stranger isn't she.

Nah, you're right. Like I said, I can be pretty opinionated, but when it comes to the game, you're right, you can't change it, but I can change the way I feel towards Clementine with the choices I have been given. That's exactly why I started to turn off the game after Lee got bit. I said to myself "the one thing I don't want to see is Lee getting bit" and he got bit. Now, I know how the game ends, with Clementine being saved and her going onto the new season, but, I can still enjoy it while I can by treating other characters better then her because that's what I want. Do I have complaints? Sure, because certain characters had the potential to be big, but weren';t used the way they should've been. That's why I was never excited for season two because of her, when Kenny came, I was happy and I used her as the character to help develop Kenny. That's why I hope in season 3, she isn't the player character.
Oh and just for further noticed, I let her get physically abused in season two by Troy and Carver and yelled at by Kenny, it's all she deserves for what she did in season one.
I can choose to have her get killed, but that means the game starts over so having her physically abused, is what she deserves.

5 minutes that I enjoyed because I like graphical design, so having an excuse to make shitty images is a plus for me
On another note, I never got that rebuttal; "You are so angry, you made a shitty image!"
Like, if I took my time, and made a life-size portrait of you as Hitler, with comparable artistic quality to the Mona Lisa, then you'd have a point there. If anything, you should be insulted by that picture, because it's so terrible and low-effort. There's nothing to be happy about for someone making a shitty picture of you, right? Now if someone made an elaborate triptych portraying you as a giant man-eating asshole (a literal asshole), now that would be something honorable. Like, that's the kind of thing you'd buy from the artist and frame in your living room for everyone to see. You'd be proud that someone took the time to make something that immaculate solely because they don't really like you. That's just taking dedication to a new level, you know what I mean?
5 minutes of your life you'll never get back making a inaccurate image? I guess we are free to do what we want wi our lives lol.
Was I suppose to swear in my response ? I'm sorry, next time I'll think of that clever response.
It be flattering but I'm more happy that you posted that long comment for me. And you took time too naming certain people or naming certain professions. I'm really honoured you thought of me that highly (-;

You are right, in my gameplay i was always very nice to her, always checking on her, giving her food in the drugstore and the motor inn, sometimes i even forgot that there were other people in the group, always protecting her and doing whats best for her, even when i discovered her betrayal at the end of episode 3 i was still nice to her, i didn't yell at her or anything, but.... did that matter.....? I think that's the problem with making a child a playable main character. not to say all kids are stupid, but clem grew up fast specially losing all her family and being in her own. but n season 2 she seemed the smarted/wiser one of all of the characters, and I feel they should've made it more realistic.
Is the part where I'm suppose to swear now .?
Actually, you know what, remember when you replied to me about how because I was a mean guy to clementine, you wouldn't blame her for trusting the stranger over me ? You were all good writing that. But when I said that even if you are the nicest most caring person to her, she still does the same thing . And then you ignored that. What's the matter ? Can't admit the truth? Haha. Easy firewall. I'm not angry, just stating a point. Don't call the angry police on me
Don't forget when you confront her about it in episode 4 she refuses to stop talking to him by trying to justify what she is doing,
If you really think about it, she is a scumbag more so in episode 4. She gets told to stay at the house, rocks up in the streets when Kenny and lee meet Molly, she hides in the garage when lee returns with vernon not telling anyone where she is. And the big one, believing the stranger and going out the mansion on her own free and getting taken resulting in lee being bit. She's an idiot.

Either that, or (although it's more possible for me to have a date with Fiona from Pandora) the Apocalypse is over and we see an old Clem telling her grandchildren about her adventures when she was young. I know it sounds lame, but really WHY SO SERIOUS? Let's just have a good ending for once.

leave clem alone, she seems the smartest out of all the adults it seem, so yeah. she's gonna live for a long time
no.

I mean that the final episode could have a variety of endings, determinants can work they just cant ever truly impact the plot that much

I'm guessing once Telltale decides to put an end to the TWD game series, they'll make her determinant.
Watch out CuteClem might sue you sarcasm
I think that's a bit of an issue though; Season 2 writes her more as an adult than a child.
Michonne..duh

I don't think we'll see Clem die in the series. But if i think Clem would at least make it into her late 20s before her time's up.
