What if certain characters had lived?

What do you think would have happened at the lake house/construction site in Season 2 if Sarah, Rebecca, and Luke had survived? Maybe even Nick?

As much as I liked Nick, Rebecca, and Sarah, they didn't add a whole lot to the main plot. They were just kinda there, and in the background most of the time. Luke would have kept the group together and who knows, maybe they all could have made it to Wellington, or back down to Howe's.

(I'm not really sure what Nick, and Sarah would add though... I don't think anything would really change.)

  • Nick had a decent development in the first two episodes.

    • he was a angry young man who at times was clumsy
    • we learn that his mum was bit by a walker and died in front of him
    • his uncle Pete while he loves him doesn't have faith in him and thinks his a child
we learn to pity him and choose to stand up for him in a major storyline in episode two
And then they kicked him aside in episode right up to his terrible off screen death.
Nick could've added more had they not stuffed his character up.
Rebecca was someone you hated then she became friends with you , had a baby and then was shot.
Sarah was someone you felt sorry for because she was sheltered by Carlos and then she had s terrible death as well and Luke was made out to be nice and caring until they turned into a sex maniac who was thinking more for him then the group.
Carlos is probably the most lacking character.
