Now, according to the add ons section of our account, the data has been updated. But the modem - 24 hours on - still says the same thing: that the data has been used up.
It is not even worth going to customer service, since we will just be put on hold continuously, before then being passed from call centre clerk to call centre clerk while having our issues avoided or plainly ignored.
