I'm interested in knowing what other characters stood out to you. Not necessarily the "best" or most capable or even the good guys. Who did you relate to? Who did you want to see more of? Who had an interesting premise or potential?

the characters I liked
the characters I most felt for : Kenny/jane/sam/michonne
the characters who had potential but were meh : William carver
the characters that were snubbed : SARAH/luke/nick .. because they could've EASILY left the group to come back later. they had potential.

My General Favorites:
Most Potential:
Tie between Nick and Sarah. I don't think I have to go into why.
Most Relateable:
Tie between Molly and Shel. I'm an older sister and I relate very deeply to the older sister characters that just want to protect their little sisters (probably a big reason I can't relate to Jane). I would like to think I would be Molly in this situation, becoming completely selfless and make sacrifices for her well-being and then become a badass loner climbing buildings. In reality I would probably be more like Shel, trying desperately to shelter my sister from the horrors of the world. Also stealing an RV would be about as close to badass as I could ever be.
Lilly
My favourite character out off all twd franchise
I think she is the best written character, we have met so far.
She knows how to be a leader of a group, tought everyone how to handle a gun, made sure everyone got a fair-share of the food ration.
She might seem like a mean person, when we meet her the first scene in the drug-store.
But she soon proves she actually has a heart of gold atleast in my opinion
Also i think the scene, when she shoots the bandits from atop off the motor-inn was the most badass scene, out off the games.
Ben Paul
I think Ben, is another character that is written really well.
He only wants to do what is best for others and help the group, but it always ends up in a mess.
But he always wants to make up for his mistakes, which shows he is a good person in my opinion.
And he was the only one who helped my Lee, look for Clementine when she was kidnapped by the Stranger.
And his death scene, in the alley was the saddest scene out off both games.
I think, if Ben would have survived season 1, he could have become a real different person, then he was before.
Which would have made in my opinion, for a really interesting story-arch for his character
Samantha
I'll try to not spoil, the events in Michonne to much since you didn't play this game yet.
But it might contain a few spoilers, but i didn't describe the event's in much detail.
I think Samantha, is a character with one of the best written story-arch.
When we first meet Samantha, she might come across abit selfish.
But that soon changes, in my opinion when she shows she is willing to save other characters at a huge-risk (storage-room.).
Also in my opinion she had a good reason for stealing from Monroe, and we see she really cares for her family and even Michonne(burning-house).
The last scene in the burning house, made her a hero in my book
And most of you probably know, i made a topic that i thought Samantha would be the protagonist in S3.
But i was really under the impression, that telltale would go with that.
Since i thought we where kinda forming her character, with the choices we made as Michonne.
And im still abit pissed off telltale made her character determinant, since i think this would have been a great way.
To introduce the new protagonist for S3, and it would have been cool to play with a character, we could form with the choices we made as Michonne.
Also in my opinion the scene when she knocks-out Norma, was one off the most badass scene's in the games
Nick
I didn´t feel attached to most characters of S2, because they all lacked a back-story.
But i think Nick was a really well written character, i actually understood his motives and why he was acting the way he did.
A thing i didn´t with most other characters from S2.
And in my opinion telltale really threw his character under the bus, after episode 2 first he was one off the characters with the most character development and screen-time.
2 Episodes later, he is stuck in a fence =/ which really pissed me off while playing S2.
I actually wanted a Nick vs Kenny choice, because i could actually see these two get into a fight with eachother.
Katjaa
Even the fact is i hate Kenny, Katjaa is actually one of my favourite characters.
Because even if she was married to Kenny, she never took his side when he started a ridiculous arguement with someone else.
Or when he was starting trouble again, i think Katjaa is a very good natured person and always had the best of the whole group in mind.
Unlike Kenny who only thought about himself and his family.
When i gave Duck food, or protected him from Larry in the drug-store and offered to shoot him when he was bitten.
I didn't do that for Kenny, i did those things for Katjaa
1- Omid ( Always with good humour and a bad joke, I was so sad when he died ;-;)
2- Luke ( Nice guy )
3- Kenny ( Loyal and strong, unfortunatedly I didn't want to let him kill Jane so, RIP)
4- Pete ( Cool guy, wise enough not to want to lock a little girl in a shed... )
5- Jane ( She is nice, she knew about the cover with the smell thing, and cared a lot about Clem)
I don't know about the logic right there. I like Kenny more,but I killed him of anyhow.. Whaat ??!?
Well, I do like Kenny more, he is mostly nice and very loyal, but, Kenny gets pissed way too eazy, and that would risk someone else dying in the future, and also, when I was playing I had gotten no information about if AJ was actually alive or not, so I'd not just let him kill Jane after she had putted her weapon away ( that is coward ).
These are the the characters I just need/needed more from...

Sam could've been something different. A companion for clementine. But they chose to put him in just to upset the animal lovers which was wrong.
Luke, Lilly, Molly, Kenny, Jane
To be honest, the only characters that really stood out to me were Lee and Clementine. The side characters in the games aren't that great.
