Actually I pretty much agree with your list, though I would put Brie on there between Norma and Sarah. Dee had a pretty gruesome death too, maybe worse than Randall as she was still alive through most of her injury.

Considering I'm alive, I can't realistically quantify the pain of one death over the pain of another, so this is in no particular order.

Honorable mentions to Carver, Larry, Randall, and Troy.
I got to say that Sarita and Norma have the most gruesome deaths!
Norma — Hand chopped off, bitten on the shoulder and remaining arm, and guts ripped out.
Brie — Head smacked against door, eyes scratched, bitten on the arm, and guts ripped out.
Sarita (Determinant)— Hand chopped off, and bitten on the torso and remaining arm.
Carlos — Shot through the neck, and bitten on the shoulder and torso.
Colonist (Determinant) — Flare into the mouth, internal head burned, and eyes melted.
William Carver — Knocked on the face with a crowbar twice.
Sarah (Determinant) — Bitten on the torso, and guts ripped out.
Ben (Determinant) —Thirty-foot drop, spine broken, and bitten on the torso.
Samantha (Determinant) — Ten-foot drop, entire body burned, and crushed by roof.
Colonist (Determinant) — Stabbed with machete on the stomach, and kicked into salty water.

Norma's death by a landslide. That's the first and only death in the entire series that made me feel queasy.
