No. It's completely out of theme, out of spirit, out of purpose, out of everything. This is supposed to be a medieval fantasy adventure in Martin's world. It's supposed to be about making the right thing or the smart thing, or the fatal thing. It's about making hard strategic and moral choices. Oh, I forgot to mention the obvious, it would be EXTREMELY distateful, rude, disrespectful for the characters, and disgusting.

Second, unless it progressed the story in some way, I don't think they should do it just because 'the show has nudity too'. Full nudity perhaps , they were some nudity in Wolf among us , so i don't see why they wouldn't put it on game of thrones , as long as there's a romance or some coherence into it .But strong sex , i don't think that would work or be appropriate , and not so many games doest that exept Grand theft auto and the witcher .
