To be fair they could, as there's a few months between Ep1 and Glenn meeting Rick. That said, we'd be forced into being a good person and making no sacrifices, as Glenn never killed a human or voluntarily left anyone behind. It could be fun to play as him using crazy ways to distract walkers and save people though, but distinct lack of hard choices would be awkward

Glenn's story carries on in the comics so it's not possible for them to make a mini series about Glenn.

if one was to be made, I guess would have to be about the journey between Macon, and Atlanta. I guess that's the only time frame it take place in.
