I think 13-14 is too young for a "relationship", like kids in real life are having sex and relationships too young. If it's hand-holding and… more "I'll carry your books" that's one thing, but kids need to be kids and the brain needs to mature. I had my first relationship at 18 and still didn't know jack. Most of us didn't. I think Clementine being attracted to another character would be normal and (depending on their age) if it was mutual would be fine, but it should be subtle and not a sub plot of the game, unless she is older (17+)
Honestly I think S3 should take place right where S2 left off. For example, in my game, Clementine left with Kenny. So I believe that the opening scene for S3 should be of them walking away from Wellington.
Which would make her 11 yrs old still, and at that age, a person is to young to be dating - period. So to answer your question, no, I don't believe she should.
I'd only be okay with it if it's just a "sweet, elementary school kids" type of "romance". Like Clem gives some boy a peck on the cheek after getting to know him really well. I don't want it to be a major plot point, but it could work for her character development if it's done this way.
I mean a small innocent crush would be fine, but why would you something like that to happen in the story?
Its CLEMENTINE. The thought of it is too fucking weird for me.

Well she is partnered to a guy who is in his teen, so romance speculation will go through the roof for Clem this season.
