A Cool Situation Between Javier and Clementine
I'm really interested to see how two protagonists can work, and so I actually came up with a cool idea as to how choices can still be effective.
Alright let's say you're playing as Javier, and there's a situation in which Clementine asks him not to kill a bitten stranger who simply wants to die peacefully and become a walker, rather than be shot and killed. You, as Javier, comply to Clementine and leave the stranger.
Later, you're playing as Clementine who has a friend in the group bitten, who in a similar situation wants to die peacefully, but they also want to get some food and water as they wither away. You decide to shoot him.
This could open up something where Javier criticizes Clementine for telling him not to kill the stranger but for now turning those choices into something different by shooting at the stranger. So basically contrasting choices between the protagonists could impact the relationship/trustworthiness between them. That'd be cool.

I'm hoping that it's possible to play the two not liking each other. I'm not saying I'd do that but I want it to be possible.
I could imagine it would only go as far as to something where you two have an 'asshole' relationship but do truly like one another. It's similar to what you can say to Matthew when you're on the bridge with Luke, lines like "I'm not an asshole" and actions such as going for the tall walker instead of the shorter one, despite Luke telling you not to.
I imagine as the season progresses, the choices will get even more difficult, and eventually their friendship will be tested.
