Too soon to make a half way decent prediction but I assume that Javier and Clem are for some reason trying to get into some camp whether it be them getting back to their own people, finding new people, or looking for someone that may have possibly been taken? I have a feeling that we may start off similarly to season 2 where we leave off just a little bit after the previous season and then have a time skip.
I doubt telltale will do this but I really hope it's a progression time skip. Where they should an important scene skip a month or two, then show an another important scene, skip a little bit, and so on, until it's caught up to where the story is going to be told in full.
I kinda would like the "prologue" to be like the one at the beginning of Season 2, but without Kenny or Jane getting Omid'd.
Kenny ending: We see 11 year old Clem finally making it into Wellington with Kenny and then "2 years later" and the story begins.
Wellington ending: She meets Javier and then timeskip again.
Jane and the family ending: The father tries to kill Clem and Jane but ends up getting his own family and himself killed, and Howe's to get overrun, and Jane and Clem get to Wellington. Timeskip.
Clem and Jane ending: The family comes back trying to take over Howe's, and we have a similar outcome as the Governor's assault on the prison, with the family dead and Clem and Jane having to go find Wellington.
Clem alone ending: She comes across some scavengers or something but she gets saved by Javi and he takes her to Wellington.

Jane ending: The family attacks you with a much larger group. Long story short, Clem and Jane make it out of Howes alive though Jane's been shot in the leg. 3 days pass and the both of you are trying to scavenge for supplies so you both go inside of a store that doesn't seem that run over. Inside the store, Clementine bumps into Javier and holds him at gunpoint - showing her lack of trust towards anyone she comes across here on out. Bla bla, after conversing with Javier he mentions how he's trying to last until Wellington is accepting members, and the both of them are struck with shock as Javier informs them how Wellington is not a pipe dream and decide to join him in his journey. insert time skip
Alone ending: After hours of walking, Clementine stumbles upon a corner shop. Thirsty and hungry, she walks in - with her gun out. After rummaging through the left over supplies, Clementine hears a voice echo behind her signalling her to lay down her weapons. The person revealed is Javier. This highlights that being alone can have its consequences as you have no one to watch your back. Again, long story short; Javier isn't that much of an asshole and you guys converse and do apocalypse shit and then decide to go to Wellington.
Kenny ending: Clem and Kenny go into an abandoned house seeking shelter from the cold. However, Javier surprises them and pulls a gun on them - questioning where they've come from. Bla bla, Kenny's a lil bitch and doesn't like a gun being pointed at his face, bla bla, Javier questions if they're from Wellington bla bla and they magically bond and end up in Wellington.
Wellington ending: Clementine is sat with other children her age and is eating noodles. Everyone stops in silence as the doors open, revealing Javier. Everyone within Wellington is surprised to have another member join the community as not a lot of people have been coming in. Little do they know is that this is due to the 76 crew(the people who mark people) who are recruiting.
