Lily in the walking dead season 3

I'm sure Lily is somewhere in the game as,,easter egg".Maybe was in The Walking Dead season 2 but now I want to know what happened and if there is any group that is planning something against our group, but I wish I knew what specifically happened .If you have any theories let me know about Lily and especially Kenny in the walking dead season 3 if you did not kill him and went with him to outlast few months, thank you :).

  • I highly doubt about her existence in Season Two... It's too unlikely she'd be there. There are only theories that she may be the leader of Wellington, nothing else.

  • you never know :)

  • I'll be happy if we get Christa. I think she's the more likely candidate to make a surprise appearance. Lilly was a very polarising character, and she chose to leave the group. No one in the game cared what happened to her except maybe Lee, and Lee is dead. Christa was attacked and Clem wanted to find her.

  • Clementine did appear to care for Lilly to a degree, too. They were seen bonding over one of Clementine's drawings in Jolene's recordings, and she gave Clementine the hair ties that she has kept for about four entire years into the apocalypse. Additionally, Lilly and her actions are featured in Clementine's dream after the latter is shot, which has got to tell us something.

However, I agree that Clementine has got to have a much deeper connection with Christa, as they were together for two years. Christa and her care toward Clem are sadly neglected by many users in the forum, and I suppose that this happens even more frequently in casual players.

  • It could happen. A lot of fans want her to come back. I'm just saying it's unlikely. It would't be as far fetched as Lee or Luke rising from the dead though!! ;-P I liked Lilly. She was one of my favourite characters along with Bonnie (although I have a bone to pick with her because she shot Doug in my playthrough, who I also liked a lot).

Maybe Clem and Javier will meet up with Christa and she will join them on their mission.

Why bring Lily or Christa back when you could bring Molly back...? Too many people seem to dislike Lily and bringing Christa back would be pulling another Kenny. I don't know of many people who dislike Molly's character. Molly seems like the best candidate to bring back. Not to mention she's extremely smart and is clearly good at surviving the apocalypse from what we've seen from her in season one.

    Do I???

I don't know of many people who dislike Molly's character. @IronWoodLover hates Molly. I don't though.

  • Humm not sure why I wrote that. She certainly had atitude. My opinion probably changed, she's ok.

But I don't get why you felt the need to mention my dislike for her character?

    Yes, you do.

It's fine, I respect your opinion.

But I don't get why you felt the need to mention my dislike for her character?

    Well, @Dont_Look_Back said:

, so I thought I would mention someone that did dislike her character.

  • Ok but I do not hate her. Will you try to find someone who hates her now?

  • Yes sir!

Ok but I do not hate her. Will you try to find someone who hates her now?

  • I'd like to see Lilly again. While I never personally agreed with Lilly's direction for the group and was often on Kenny's side, I still liked her character and found her to be one of the more complex ones in the Walking Dead's character lineup. I could actually sympathise with Lilly even if my Lee wasn't on great terms with her, which is something nearly all of the newer characters in S2 failed to do. Now, Christa, on the other hand, is just bland and I have no interest in ever seeing her ever again, so she can fuck right off.

  • I hope she doesn't return. No way.

  • I would love to know what she's been up to, but I do not want her to return, if that makes sense.

The unexplained return of main characters has constantly sucked me out of the story—Kenny. I do not want that to happen ever again. And given that Clementine has already had a reunion with Kenny, it would be twice as unrealistic if Lilly, or anybody else, came back.

On a partly unrelated note, the reappearance of Boyd, Joyce and Clive felt a lot more organic to me than that of Kenny, for some reason. Maybe it's because they reappeared in the game rather than reappearing in the life of certain character. For that reason, I don't want Clementine to encounter characters she has had any sort of proximity in the past—Chet, Andre Mitchell, Anna Correa, those in Vince's crew who went to Howe's. I would be fine with her coming across those who stayed at the Gil's Pitstop outskirts, though.

I would be cool with Lily's return. Even though I was so upset by what she did to Carley, I let her back in the RV. I try to forgive every character in the game and hold no video game grudgy things. That's what I do in real life too. Lily was a pretty complex and well-written character and I found her to be sympathetic. Yeah, it would be unrealistic for Clementine to run into two "old friends", but they've already done a few unrealistic things. As long as she is incorporated well and has a believable role in the story, I have no qualms with her return. I liked Molly, but I don't see her ever showing up in the game again. Christa, well she's in the same camp as Lily. I feel like they wouldn't allow Christa to return though. Sometimes, you don't find what you're looking for. You either find something else (Lily) or nothing. Man, I ramble too much and get off topic. Sorry for rambling and saying something that is probably stupid.

  • I'd just settle for her return and reunion with Clementine. And if not too much to ask, have Clementine the option of being able to guide Lilly out of her depression (if she still is) and rekindle their friendship. Lilly deserves her chance to return. And I've stuck by this decision since 2014.

Also, Christa's fate revealed as well. Driving me crazy.

The only reason why I wanna see Lilly again is because I'm curious to know what her design 4 years into the outbreak would be. Probably has a fuckin' ear necklace like Daryl did...except they're HUMAN EARS.

  • I like the idea a lot! It fits her character to a tee, to be honest.

Although, Lilly is clearly a lot more evil than that, so her necklace is probably made of babies and puppies' ears. That truly reflects the horrible human being that she is. /s

  • I was being sarcastic.

I even put the "/s" in the end and everything.

  • If Lily comes back ima shoot her point blank in the face when she least expects it! See how she likes it.

  • I was also kidding, but for real though. If she has no problem shooting someone that she simply doesn't like 3-5 months in, there's no telling what 4 year Lilly is like.

  • I think it's because Molly doesn't really seem to be a character with the incentive to appear, I doubt they'd remember each other too well either.

  • It would be cool if her return was determined by whether she stole the R.V. or not.

  • I'm open to the idea of Lilly's story continuing in Season 3 to give her more depth and character after her exit in Season 1, but if she is brought back for the sake of derailing her character into a maniacal killer in order to justify exacting vengeance towards her, then I'm against the idea of Lilly returning. What would the point be, then? Other than the story metaphorically giving the middle finger to those who do like Lilly?

Given how I suspect that Kenny had special treatment in Season 2 in spite of his actions and behavior, I'm not all that optimistic that Lilly would be given a fair treatment in return. I'd rather not take the risk and just have her fate remain unknown.

And truth to be told, I'd rather that Christa would be given a chance to return in Season 3.

She didn't shoot Carley just because she didn't like her.

    • Lilly was grieving after her father's death, since she understandably failed to realize that he could've reanimated—though, to be fair, there were better methods than to just crush his head inmediately. That drove her to a paranoid state, and her uninterrupted arguments with Kenny didn't help the situation one bit.

    • The crew had just lost their fortified base, which understandably put her in a desperate state of psyche. Hell, I am anxious whenever I stay at another place temporarily, and I do have supplies and a bed in that situation. They were eight people in an RV with no direction whatsoever.

    • Carley and Lilly were hinted at having some sort of friction and rivalry amidst the two week time-skip. @OneWayNoWay and I discussed this about a week ago.

    • Carley was calling her out on never helping anybody in the group, even though Lilly taught them all about guns amidst the three month time-skip, handled the rations on a daily basis, and literally saved the entire crew an hour ago by sniping the bandit leader. I am not saying that shooting her in retaliation is morally correct or justified, but Carley certainly wasn't an innocent dove that didn't look for it.

    • Oh, and also, Lilly believed that Carley was the person stealing medicine from her stash. That definitely fueled her decision.

I was also kidding, but for real though. If she has no problem shooting someone that she simply doesn't like 3-5 months in, there's no telling what 4 year Lilly is like.

  • Mmmh, Lee had no problem to shoot that Senator yet everyone forgave him? Both acted out of anger and in Lilly's case possibly out of paranoia. What she did was terrible but unfortunately we never had the chance to see if she regretted it afterwards or not.

I was also kidding, but for real though. If she has no problem shooting someone that she simply doesn't like 3-5 months in, there's no telling what 4 year Lilly is like.

  • Never said Lee was right, either. If anything, he could be considered worse for killing someone pre-outbreak. At least with Lilly we watched the entire thing happen.

But if we're getting that deep, the human construct of right and wrong is basically shat on in The Walking Dead, turning it into a world of eat or be eaten.
