What if it is Carley? From left to right, it could be the stranger dude from Season 1, Nick, 2 unknown people that will die soon, the dude from 400 Days, and Carley. The "Amid the Ruins" slide could have all the people she witness die in the background. I know this is a very unpopular opinion, but let's not count anything out at least until after Episode 3.
On the left, that is doug and he looks like he has something in his face and it's also on his shirt. Flesh and/or blood?
The second looks like they reused Vince and made his hair longer. There's blood (?) coming out of his mouth, the unedited picture has a weird shadow that looks like blood.
The third is interesting, there seems to be a gun inflicted wound or just some hole in their face.
Same for the next person, but the hole is alot bigger, like something got... dropped on it?

The last one doesn't even look like a model, it looks more like reused concept art?
A friend of mine had the idea that maybe the third and fourth person are Duck and Larry, duck got shot in the head and Larry got crushed by the salt lick.
Maybe the second was supposed to be Kenny but they just reused someone elses model for the time being?
It kinda makes sense, considering that these could be all Season 1 characters.
