Do you think that TWD WILL HAVE last season?
I'm just thinking that apocalypse will NEVER end if it's gonna be like it is in game now.Can you imagine what will happen, when you umm... born a kid, then raise "it",then "it" will grow up,and then if it hits around 60-100 years someone have to shoot him\her,or they have to do it itself!!!(of course someone\you did it to you)and you want to know, WHY?just because that infection that mentioned Ben,will be on your child, and on your child's child, and on your child's child's child!!!and people have to be shot unless someone very smart, will figure out what infenction is and how to get rid of it. So i think,IF TTG will want to continue story right till the end of apocalypse,it have to be around 5 seasons to find people that have this pills, that help to get rid of infection.(OR 3 seasons,i mean that 3rd might be the last but who knows?)
So that doesn't mean, that TTG wil 100% continue story till the end.that just makes more sense to me,if they do.Doesn't it makes sense to anyone on this forum?

STOP! There's NO CURE! What would be the point if there was a cure? an adventure of a few years, then come back to normal life? BOOOOOORRRRRIIIIING! Too much hope. There's no hope.
Besides, if HIPOTETICALLY someone could find a cure (maybe Kirkman gets lazy and ends it the easy way) thet would be in the comics, NOT in the game.
Stupid humans.
This I believe has been explained on various threads in the past, there is no immunity to the bite/infection. No one is safe in a Zombie Apocalypse..
Actually I think at the end of season 3 Luke and Lee come back with a cure they whipped up in a CDC lab with the help of Lilly and Carley and Doug.
They should continue it like a comic/TV series
"We live in a fucking nightmare." -Nick
If it ends, it won't end with people finding a cure. It will end with the author wiping out all established groups, implying that the last few characters are the last people alive on earth, and then having them die.
Ten outta ten, according to IGN!
They will praise anything that makes the fans happy—Season 3—and will biasedly give a six to anything that makes the fans angry because it delays the main series—Michonne.
I hope not last.
Because it's real big univrse Walking Dead and can come up with a great number of interesting stories. I would like the game to continue while continuing comics
I think this should be the last season.
If the game goes too far past the comic's timeline, it'll make zero sense.
There is no cure to the virus. The only ending you can expect in TWD universe are all the walkers dying out due to starvation and (possibly) civilisation slowly making a comeback to normality with a new hardened generation of survivors across the world. Also, people are already adapted to the norm of destroying the brain in order to prevent reanimation so shooting someone when they've passed due to old age or anything else wouldn't be a problem as it's a necessary action in this sort of world.
Well, it could, not will, provide future comic spoilers.
The way I see it, it's just a story, and the writers of it can finish it however they wish. It's their rodeo, and if their say.
I honestly couldn't care less how they choose to end the story. I just hope that they continue to produce interesting stories right up to the end. Incidentally I do not follow the comic story, but rather the TV series.
Very slowly, but yes. If they don't eat anything, and are immobile/inactive for a long period of time, they get so weak that they are physically unable to attack anymore.
They're also decomposing, but at a significantly slower rate than usual. And of course, if they're inactive for long gaps of time, or just overall immobilized in some way (pinned under something, etc), they can become so decayed that they're pretty much a non-threat.
Basically, if a walker doesn't do anything and/or doesn't eat anything, it dies out a lot quicker than the more mobile ones.
TWD with Clem is their biggest money maker so knowing what it takes for a gaming company to stay alive these days then there won't be a last season.
What are you, chopped liver?
It would bugger the comics canon. There can't be a game based on the comics that's ahead of the comics.
Walkers starving to death seems like the most plausible end to the ZA.
The apocalypse will not likely have an "end", that is almost certain. Now about the game, it should end in Season Four. TTG is tying more and more the game with the comics, so the story of Clementine will probably end before the main story that is told in the comics.
The endgame I always foresee is walkers become so easy to deal with that they're pretty much just labeled as pests. The generation that managed to survive the initial fall of humanity and beyond becomes a strong generation, basically becoming admirable figures in future textbooks. People like Clementine or Michonne or Jesus for example (Should they live 20+ years into the outbreak, hypothetically) would become huge figures of it. Someone like Rick Grimes would be like, the George Washington of it all, I think.
However, humanity will have to live with the burden of destroying the brain when someone dies forever. It'll just become a regular thing everyone has to do. And even if they did cure it, it wouldn't really matter because the human population still took a monstrous hit in terms of death. So the only real good thing that would come out of the cure is no more destroying-the-brain-mercy-kills, and with every single walker on the planet (hell of a stretch) being killed within a few hundred years mixed in with the cure, I suppose humanity would be "normal" again. But I don't believe there will ever be a cure.
I'm a dog.
And Glenn and Heath also encountered a decomposed walker, while cleaning the aftermath of "No Way Out." The undead corpse was lying on the ground, chilling, virtually immobilized, and its skin was blackened.
I'd be ok if it is the last season, but I do think they should maybe make another full season, but with a different group. (and maybe at a different time)
It's mostly that if Kirkman wanted to do some huge shaking twist (a cure would be one thing, another could be the return of the military, or wipe out of zombies, etc), then the game can be up to date on that. Because, let's say the game went past that, and totally ignored it (as it came out before the comic did), it would not be canon anymore.
A cure wouldn't really achieve much like you can't just give a walker some and they'll turn back and as we have seen most people die from being eaten not just the single bite so it would be rarely used. The real cure is a bullet
the walking dead telltale cant end without clementine suffering a horrible death! she fcking deserves it! but everyone are sooo blind, they treat like if she was some kind of "great badass survivor" puff.....! Arya from GoT is a badass! Ellie from TLOU is badass! clementine's character in comparison is bullsht!
You guys are forgetting that all the humans are infected with the virus so even if all the current walkers die out when they die they will become one. Now it does make me wonder what happens if someone dies of natural causes.
It definitely will end.
Not only has Kirkman basically said as much, but logically it will end. In the comics we've seen how weak walkers get after a while... this is going to happen on a mass scale once there aren't enough humans to go around. Plus as civilization returns, humans will be able to improve their K/D ratio and pretty much extinguish the walker population, save for a few outliers and the people who die naturally and reanimate.
Nope, I haven't forgotten that at all. I stated in my comment that destroying the brain when someone passes due to natural causes is going to be a norm in the society almost every single survivor lives in.
Think about all the people that die suddenly. There would be no way to destroy the brain in every instance.
That still wouldn't pose as a problem though. There's not enough humans left to turn into "herds" of walkers like the early days of the ZA.
True, but they're are still people dying in present day (well, present comic/game day) who are still making new walkers all the time so there's like an endless supply of them. The only way for walkers to officially die out is if the human race dies....
One word: Crawford. One guy caused an entire community to die out. If humans are to live together there will always be a chance of one person dying with no one around. The only way for life to go back to normal is for a cure to be found or the human body adapting to the virus.
A cure could be found or the human body could adapt to the virus. If you solve the problem of new walkers then the current ones will die out eventually or be killed off.
