You meet her in episode 1 and she immediately demands to be your friend, refusing to give the medication until you do, its creepy and irritating given your current situation of sneaking round the house. Most people also recognize she is going to be a liability and carlos confirms it later through dialogue
In episode 2 you are made to look after her, she then jumps out at you with a camera and asks you to take her photo, she then asks for help with learning to shoot, then doesnt listen to clementine and waves the gun around in her face.
Carver appears and sarah freaks out, doesnt tell clementine anything useful and leaves the entire issue for clem to deal with. Carver figures out who the group are via sarah's photo and the fact she keeps making noise
Later at the lodge she runs to her father giving away the groups position and doesnt help the group at all
In episode 3 your again tasked by helping her, later in the mall she whines to clementine that her dad is being taken away, she then refuses to speak to clementine when they are locked in the pen. early next morning Sarah talks to clem over and over again even when she is told she will cause trouble. When out in the shed she moans again to clementine and then does not do her work without help. Later on while escaping sarah needs help again and then screams after her father is killed causing mass panic and then runs away splitting the group up
In episode 4 sarah will not move leading to the four of them nearly dying, on the way back she doesnt thank clementine and instead complains some more. Then at the deck she stands out by the edge.
This is all in general to the fact that the player (clementine) is younger than her but ten times more capable, sarah also does nothing to help during the game, is generally immature and self centered (not seeming to realise clem has no parents for example when she is complaining about her father being taken away for ten minutes) and this also makes her annoying. This is also all non determinant, some of the optional moments/dialogue with her is also annoying.

in ep 1, with her trying to forcefully become your friend in exchange for medicine
in ep 2 with her wanting to learn how to use gun and then taking that selfie that gave Carver a clue that cabin group was there.
in ep 3 when she starts talking in the middle of Carver's speech forcing her father to slap her, and then getting Reggie killed because she didn't pick her berries or in the end of the episode when her father dies and she starts
screaming and runs away putting everyone in danger.
in ep 4 when her screaming attracts all those zombies to the trailer she and Luke were hiding in, her forcing Clem to slap her to save her, her acting all catatonic and weird like and not helping. And finally her staying in the breaking balcony and falling into herd of undead and getting eaten.
These are the reasons she was annoying to me and i repeat "to me". These are just my opinion and i hope you respect it and if you disagree, say why respectfully.
