They have now updated the news article about it to say "Local Multiplayer Option Coming to Telltale" instead if just "Multiplayer" but they have posted that they are working with streaming services to find a solution.
We are working closely with all the streaming services to address this problem, but it certainly won’t be ideal for streaming out of the box. For now, everyone needs to be in the same room, watching the same screen.

This feature may also be in the new TWD game which made me wonder if you guys would be disposed to make a thread where we would mark a day and an hour to play together as the big happy family we are : )! The choices our community made would be displayed in the thread after the crowd play happened. (I took this idea from @lilxGoofycuz 's comment in the Batman Episode 1 Waiting Thread)

Indeed, canned and dehydrated food lasts about five years maximum. This is when it is good to be in a community with stable agriculture and livestock.
