This is mine:
Shawn or Duck?
Carley or Doug?
Travis or David?
Omid or Christa?
Danny or Justin? omg who is Justin?
Nick or Pete?
Jane or Sarah? (if you didn't leave her at the trailer park)
Jane or Kenny but originally I chose Jane
He is one of prisoners in 400 Days in Vince's s play-through
Duck
He was shown to not be the most...competent character. I thought he would die if I didn't help him. I wanted to get him, move the tractor, and then try to get Shawn. It didn't work out like that, sadly.
Carley
I trusted her with Lee's past. She just seemed like a very nice person, and she knew how to shoot.
David
I tried to help him. It was obvious he wasn't getting out of that trap by himself.
Omid
His leg was injured. Christa seemed like a very strong and athletic person. Omid, with his bad leg, seemed screwed.
Danny
Mainly just intuition. He just felt like the better option to me.
Pete
He seemed to be in more trouble than Nick. I liked both characters, and I kind of just panicked and chose him. I also thought maybe I could amputate his leg or something.
Sarah
Jane was a very skillful survivor. I didn't really think she would die if she tried to help Sarah. It was worth the shot.
Kenny
I rarely agreed with his methods, and only did two morally incorrect things in season 1. Because of those two choices, he was my bro. I know why I like him, but at the same time it's odd. He's like my opposite. I just couldn't bring myself to shoot him in the end.
Shawn or Duck? Duck. He's a child, there's no more to add.
Carley or Doug? Carley. She's a woman, so there was no doubt.
Travis or David? This one isn't really a choice, I'd rather say that I helped David and was able to free him.
Omid or Christa? Christa. I knew she was pregnant.
Danny or Justin? Danny. People who are willing to rape can manage to do a lot of things that may be needed in the world the way it is.
Nick or Pete? Pete. He was out of ammo and with his leg bitten. He's also older than Nick, so I figured he needed my help more than the young man who's got ammo and isn't bitten. I wanted to take Pete to somewhere safe and cut his leg off.
Jane or Sarah? I simply asked Jane to help Sarah out, this isn't really chosing one over the other.
Kenny or Jane? Kenny. He's a good leader AND a good friend for ME. Jane lost it by the end, acting all stupid just to prove a point.
So guys are expendable? Nice, real nice.
I was about to say that! I just didn't want to get into an argument like last time with @InstantShippingIsStupid
Edit:
That's immoral!
Hmmm everyone on this list is dead anyway. Kenny could die in S3.
Justin died?
Ps. to be fair, like 95% of the characters in this game die off anyway, so it's not really your fault.
Not at all, but I had to pick one, I saved a woman over a man, plain and simple.
I guess Justin could be MIA, but knowing TT he's just dead and will never come back.
I'm sorry but this is completely false. I can prove it
Luke: You don't even listen to anyone! You just go on barking orders.
Kenny: I don't give two shits what you people want. I fixed this truck, so I say where we go.
IMO you're not a GOOD leader if the group doesn't respect you or you don't respect the group's opinions.
Shawn, because I thought that Kenny would save his son.
Carley, because she seemed more interesting, knew about Lee's past, and was also good with a gun. However, I've always said that this choice was unfair, seeing that there are a lot more moments with her than with Doug before the player is faced with this decision.
David, though this wasn't presented as a choice between them.
Omid, due to the fact that he was wounded, while Christa appeared to be more physically capable at the time.
Justin, and it seems like I made the right choice, given that Russell said Becca is lucky that Danny was lost before she appeared if Vince saved him, hinting that he was indeed a rapist.
Nick, because Pete had already been bitten.
Although this one wasn't an actual choice between them, I convinced Jane to help Sarah. But a wood plank fell on the former's head for plot convenience.
Jane, because reasons.
It can't be Always a democracy mate, specially if what people want is stupid. Either way, I think that having Kenny as a good leader or not is a personal matter that involves our very conceptions of leadership. Therefore, I respect your thoughts about him.
Oh so. Thanks!
Duck. He was a kid, and at the time, I genuinely thought he'd die. I wasn't really a fan of Shawn, anyway, so didn't much care if he winded up getting eaten alive.
Carley. She actually appeared to have a personality and seemed to be somewhat interesting, unlike the terribly bland and boring Doug.
David, I think. I chopped his leg off, but I don't really remember much about this choice for some reason...
Christa. Omid annoyed me and I was hoping that after the train scene, it was going to be the last we saw of him once I choose to leave him. But alas he survived and just had to jump abroad...Flippin' prick.
Justin. He may have been a selfish piece of horse shit, but at least he wasn't a rapist.
I liked Pete's character at that point and even though he'd been bitten, I still wanted to make sure I helped him in anyway I could.
Jane. Sarah just kind of got on my nerves.
Kenny. I've already explained my reasoning for this before.
Warning - long af post which probably doesn't matter to you but I'm a jerk sooo
Duck though I wish I chose Shawn knowing that Kenny helped Duck too. (I have a main save when I first playthrough and I can't change any decisions I make. I recommend for any new TellTale games, because it's frustrating yet exciting at the same time.)
Doug, I picked him at first because my brain instantly thought NERD U GOTTA PICK HIM, and upon seeing the massive preference for Carley I continue to choose Dough Boy if I replay for fun.
Travis, I dun goofed when I first played this part and didn't realise you could cut David's leg off, oh well.
Omid because his leg was fucked and the whole looks at moving train "Scary." looks at horde "SCARIER." pushes Lee stunt cracked me up until he hurt himself.
Justin, I was going to choose Danny because he was more chill but then I remembered why he was on that prison bus and picked Justin. What all three of them did was somewhat terrible but, according to the lines Justin said, I didn't want to be with a rapist if we played as Vince again.
Nick because his character interested me, though I really liked Pete and was almost going to choose him, plus the "I had to kill my mom," scene was much better in the shed than on the bench by the bridge.
Sarah, I knew the hate for her was real with people which made me drawn to saving her. Plus Carlos just got rekt and she probably couldn't even feed herself, while Jane could handle herself.
Kenny because I'm trash and didn't even pick up the gun the first time I played. I wanted no part in his and Jane's fight and I couldn't bring myself to shoot him after he had killed Jane. I also stayed with Kenny for the Wellington ending because, like I said, I'm trash.
Carley . because she help me earlier. perfect shot
see how you will hold up if you lose your wife
Shawn because he had gotten himself pinned down under the tractor and, as Hershel's son, he needed to be saved. Unlike most other situations, I didn't try to save Duck because he was sitting on the tractor that had pinned Shawn and therefore, had a better chance to get himself to safety. Plus, he was Kenny's son and Kenny was a lot more likely to successfully save Duck than Hershel was to save Shawn.
This is a signature scene for the series and a tough decision no matter how I look at it. Knowing that the two had feelings for each other doesn't help. However, I will state right now that on my first playthrough, I went with Doug: Carley had firmly established her character as having good head and being very capable in an action sequence using her gun, whereas Doug was much more reclusive and clearly outnumbered and up against much more unfavorable jam. However, in an ideal situation, I would do my best to save both: I would get Carley her ammo and then immediately run to help Doug as soon as the purse is in her hand.
David because his leg was already good as gone and one would assume Travis would know how to run with his "special forces knowledge".
Omid because his leg was hurt in the fall and Christa's jacket made me think she ran track.
Danny because he was a noble convict, even being more concerned with the well being of his peers than whether they thought he was truly guilty. Justin get eat tread for all I care.
Pete because even though he was clearly bitten, I felt the instinct to run to his aid and make sure he didn't die as another victim for the walkers to eat. Plus, the fact that he helped save Clementine earlier was just a small bonus.
Sarah because she was pinned down in an psychologically vulnerable state and I thought having the much more "badass" Jane risk her loner life to save someone who she had deemed unsavable and needed legitimate help was part of her character development to becoming a better person. Boy, was **I **wrong!
Believe it or not, Jane the first playthrough because it also meant saving Kenny from himself. Then after the reveal in the ending and the credits rolled, I replayed that segment and had both killed: Kenny can finally die like he was supposed to and Jane finally suffers the consequences of her actions.
That is an, uh, interesting line of thought.
You understood that you'd be saving the one with the amputated foot.
Survivors all around The Walking Dead have lost relatives and they are not imposing what they think upon others, especially when the decision affects everyone.
Might I ask you why do you think that Pete is an asshole?
Just curious.
That was the reason Mike and Bonnie (and Arvo aka Kenny's punching bag) betrayed the group because after Luke's death, Kenny started his DICTATORSHIP.
Did you even play the Howes Ending? Going to Wellington was stupid because nobody would had been allowed to enter.
Lee held up okay after his girlfriend was shot in the face. Luke held up okay after his best friend died.
Heck, even Leland kept it together after his wife died and doesn't go full Kenny even if Bonnie admits killing his wife.
What do you mean? Omid got a wounded leg and Christa didn't have any injuries. She was faster than Omid
Shawn or Duck? Duck was a little annoying but I was always gonna save the kid over the grown man
Carley or Doug? No disrespect to Doug but after my misjudgment of Carley's personality and their contributions after the choice, I consider this easily the worst decision I have ever made
Travis or David can't really remember.
Omidor Christa? Saved him not so much out of choice but just because it happened so quickly. Probably the right decision though considering his injury
Danny or Justin? Saved the younger one. Just a random choice by me this time.
Nick or Pete? Pete needed the help more
Jane or Sarah? (if you didn't leave her at the trailer park) - First time I saved Jane. She had me convinced that Sarah wasn't getting out of that and no point killing both of them.
Kenny or Jane? Kenny best character in the game for me. Jane was a great character too but no way was I gonna shoot Kenny.
"Dictatorship" would imply tha someone is dictating things the WHOLE time, wich he wasn't. There were various moments where people had to follow Rick's plans and shut the hell up about it, if someone is the leader of something, people should trust this person from time to time. If Mike and Bonnie had simply decided to left and then told the group about it I would be okay with that, but no, they abandon a child and a baby while trying to steal their car, that's because they are bloody cowards and traitors, no less (Arvo was justified).
I played it, and it felt pretty dumb, I mean, we've gone so far north just so people could die? And now we come all the way back so we can stay in what was left of Carver's shithole? Christa was right and I knew it, Kenny was right and I knew it, I put my trust on him and I have no regrets because by the end of the game I found PEOPLE, a whole community. Getting to Wellington was the whole point of the game to me, is undoubtedly what is best for AJ. And you're wrong when you say that "nobody" would had been allowed to enter, because I stayed there with AJ by my ending.
