Well, I doubt we will see only Clementine, Javier and AJ for whole 5 episodes. Idk tho.
It's Season 3 why would we not meet new characters? we met new ones in Season 2. Why think otherwise?

What?! Javier doesn't seem to be older than 25, how is he going to have a daughter? maybe he could have a baby, but NOT a girl in her early teens. Than would mean she was born when her father was like 12? She's probably his sister.

Anyway, what I meant is that I expected somebody to make a joke out of Javier being Cuban and how that meant that he could've had a kid when he was twelve.
Why being Cuban could mean someone can have a child being 12?

I don't believe that it could mean that. I was expecting somebody else to make a comment opining that.
Biologically, of course it is possible in some cases for a twelve year old to have a child, but that's another topic, that I am uncomfortable discussing.
