Theory about start of season 3
I have a theory that no matter what outcome you picked for season 2's ending you will always end up with the group of survivors in Jane's ending in season 2. I think that they are the from the hinted "enemy" group in the trailers Javier is from.

Gil is without a doubt the main antagonist for Season 3. White Carlos and Hispanic Molly are just bystanders pulled into this mess by the big-headed devil that is "Gil!"

I always figured (since Telltale said we'd be playing as both Javier and Clementine at different points) that we'd be playing Clementine in flashbacks regarding the endings in Season 2, and we'd be playing as Javier during the present day or vice versa. That's just my theory, though.

That's what I was thinking. Like current day we play as Javi, and as he asks Clem about her past, we go back in time and play it as Clem to see how Kenny or Jane die. Even though I really don't want Jane to die (not starting a Jane/Kenny War!!!)

Javier: La la de la, I'm with my family I'm keeping together, and nothing can possibly go wrong.
