Not at the moment but Telltale stated that they're working on a way to transfer your save files from one platform to another. Let's say from PS3 to PC for example or vice versa. In other words, if they'll succed you should be able to play on PS4 with your save files from PS3.

Season 1 may have ended on a tough note, but it was fantastic. I really want Season 3 to be … moreoutstanding. A tough world, people will die, but hopefully a great journey at the end of the day.

And just because she might lose a finger because of those choices doesn't mean they actually matter. Unless the lost finger has some impact on the story our choices do not matter.
