I feel the final choice on season 1 (to shoot lee or leave him) will have some kind of impact on season 3. I have a crazy (most likely not going to happen) theory what if episode 5 for season 3 comes out around when the tv show will end or be on a cliffhanger with them finding a cure. I'm saying that if Clementine found a cure for the zombies (which is kind of unlikely) she would use it on lee if you let him turn into a zombie because it can only cure zombies not really dead people it would be cool but it's most likely not going to happen because it's the walking dead and it usually does not have a happy ending.
That 100% will not happen. There is NO cure in The Walking Dead Universe, and if it did, that would happen in the comic since that is the biggest and most official part of the story (Although I prefer the game) also, Lee is 100% dead. Job even said that he is dead and not coming back.

I feel like if they spaced it out so TWD S3 was near the end of the year then it gives them time to come up with other future projects. You know, as opposed to putting out everything they have right now all at once.
They seem to have this pattern of having 2 games on at the same time. So assuming MC:SM's last episode comes out next month, then that means currently Batman is all we have. Assuming a new Batman episode then gets released in October then that sets it up perfectly for The Walking Dead to release later that month or November.
I'm honestly just guessing though. Hell, October could be a better choice given the whole zombies and Halloween thing.

Telltale has hinted several times that they are looking into updating their save system for Season 3 to account for people having previously played on different platforms.
