Possible Season 3 Release Date + Capricorn
MOD EDIT: The original posted is currently unable to edit their post, but they wanted to clarify that they meant we could get news in general on this date as well, and that this hint is not towards a specific release date itself.
So I was inspecting this screenshot of S3, when I noticed a number on a building.
The number is 230916. Now, what does this have to do with the S3 release date?
If we divide this number into three parts, we get 23, 09 and 16.
23 is the day of the release, 09 is the month and 16 is the year. Still don't believe?
09 is thickened out, so it seperates itself from 23 and 16.
Also, you can see "TOM" written next to the number. The "M" actually seems to form a capricorn, which leads us to believe that we might meet a character named Tom belonging to the Capricorn group.

I don't think it's going to come out then. It seems too early (its next month) and the 23rd is a Friday. Telltale don't do Fridays. But, it could be a note to when we get more news on the season. Or it has nothing to do with the release and is literally a bunch of numbers on a warehouse, because we're all going crazy...

Telltale would not know a specific release date that far ahead of time, and even if they did, they would not include it as a teaser in a screenshot.
In addition to everything already said, the way the numbers are lined up is not the American way of dates, which are month/day/year, this is day/month/year.
It is probably just a bunch of random numbers on a cargo container.
You are certainly right! However, it is possible that on that date, we might get an update from Telltale regarding The Walking Dead.
I sadly can't seem to edit the post in order for it to state that on that date we might get news instead of the actual 3rd Season.
That's not really how Telltale gives out clues, though, even if they are only hinting at news and not a release date as you say. Don't take this the wrong way, but I think you are looking a bit much into it.
Sorry, completely forgot about the fact that in America dates are written differently than in Europe. Guess it really is nothing...
