Completely unrelated: I've missed you guys. I've been so busy with work and school that I haven't been on since S3 was announced.
But yeah, I agree that Lilly should return. She killed my second favorite character in the game(Carley:(((), but she was still and extremely interesting character and I don't think her story is over.
Arvo, Mike, and Bonnie(Determinatley) need to appear again.
Molly should as well
As for the 400 Days characters, while I want them to appear so badly, I doubt they will.
I don't see any similarity personality-wise if I'm being honest.
Molly was imature and reckless she sowed to have anger issues and dificulty in keeping her cool. She was also very extroverted and was always joking around.
Jane on the other hand is stern and serious. She seemed to be more rational and calculating than emotional and impulsive. She was also very introverted and barely joked or said something vaguely humurous in front of the group. She has a strong and close relationship with the PC.
Beseides, it's never implied than Molly's sister died.
People who say they are basically the same character are being nitpicky as hell, because they barely have anything to do with eachother besides having a sister.
I also got the feeling that Jane was just a carbon copy of Molly. That was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw her. I think she … moremay even be the same character model and they just changed her hair and recolored the outfit for Jane.
I have a feeling TellTale may have regretted not using Molly anymore than they did so they created a new character that had all the same attributes that Molly had and even looked similar to her and simply gave her a new name.
I'm totally on the Lilly/Molly/Christa train too, but I think who I would want to see most is actually Eddie.
Clementine and Javier don't know Eddie, so we wouldn't necessarily get the "small world"feeling. I suppose it would be a similar scene as when Clem meets Bonnie for the first time. The player might know (our for new players, not know) who he is, but will need to establish how Clem or Javier feel about him. I actually think that it will be interesting to meet him first as Javier, as they're more similar physically but it seems like their personalities are a lot different.
It will also be interesting how a stoner type of guy has survived the apocalypse this long, and likewise now it has effected him and his personality.
I know Eddie also comes with a chance of Nate though, and since I personally can't stand Nate I would probably be uneasy the whole time I am interacting with Eddie worried Natr is just around the corner.

Hopefully, we won't get either.
Again, What? I'm pretty sure Javier is meant to be seen as a relatively built serious guy, whereas Eddie was a relatively lean and obnoxious pothead with a schnoz.
I said physically, not mentally. I know their personalities are way different, that's why I said it would be interesting to see how their personalities work with each other.
Also I'm not saying they're identical twins. I'm saying they are more equal physically than Eddie is with Clementine. Two 20 or 30 something adult lean guys are closer in physical stature than one adult male and a young teen girl.

Okay, I guess. I just got the vibe that Javier is probably meant to be seen as relatively strong and active given his facial structure and the marketing of Season 3. Hence why I got confused when you compared them as being similar, since Eddie was pretty much the archetypical stoner and slacker fratboy. I could just be the art shift messing with me as well.

I guess I'm just using "lean" in the sense that neither are overweight or super buff. Both seem fairly skinny, even if Javier's "lean" is more defined and fit and Eddie's "lean" is more on the scrawny side.

Lilly first, Christa second and I guess Molly would be interesting- she's kind of just a less rude Jane, though.
Lilly's exit was so interesting and open it would be a waste to not bring her back.
I doubt it, but sure, why not!
Maybelle is the loud man with the beard?

She's the cow that conspired with the St. John's.
"What's wrong with Maybelle?"
"Why is Maybelle acting this way!"
"Do you think Maybelle's okay?"
It's all I hear from anyone anymore.
Maybe it's Maybelline?
Maybelle is Maybelline?
Mind. Blown.

I mean Javier and Eddie are more similar physically as two lean adult males, than Eddie and Clem. Gives them a bit of equal footing, I guess.

Yep. Sorry for the confusion there.
