There is no "canon" ending but which one do you think it was?

  • Ah, gotcha

    The kenon one.

  • I am still with Jane and the family.

  • Yeah, I'm thinking about doing that on my eventual third playthrough.

  • I do that too :P I was talking about the main one.

Just keep an alternate playthought tabbed up i always do that on every telltalegame and then have your first save be your canon playthought and your 2nd just an alternate playthought to explore other choices and compare with your canon save.

  • I'm with Kenny on my first playthru, and I will be on this current one. Gavin's voice acting for Kenny when you get to Wellington wrecked me completely. I was literally crying my eyes out when he was fighting for Clem and AJ to get past the gate, and I cannot ever imagine leaving him. He clearly would not be able to survive as he would've lost too much.

  • So your game glitched on the time the option to shoot Jane or look away appeared and you shoot Kenny after Jane died? well that makes sense,

  • ...Something like that. More like I was playing the disc collection so I could reload certain sections of the game and do them over if I wanted, so I did.

I just wanted Jane dead and there's is no shoot Jane or look away (letting her) kill Kenny AND THEN shoot Jane option.

  • Yes. The feels hurt. Like when he's talking about how something broke inside him, but he's really trying to fix it... I'm not usually one of those gals attracted to 'fixer-uppers' but damn dude, I just want to hug the poor guy and wrap him in a blanket and stay with him til everything is okay.

I've seen the endings where he gets killed. It's even more messed up, because he of course agrees with the decision, the writing dictates he must. It's just a sob fest all around.

Makes me curious as hell what they'll do with him in S3. I'm not expecting him to be a major player again. I hope, but I also know it'd be redundant. At the same time, I'm hoping he's not like, killed off in a quick five second flashback. He's way too important for that.

  • In Season 1, i made 3 saves to try out different choices and such. With Season 2, i have those same 3 saves carried over but as there was an extra save slot, i used that along with the other 3 saves for each ending scenario simply to see what will carry over into Season 3. My first and main playthrough though, i couldn't shoot Kenny and i didn't choose to stay in Wellington 1 because i didn't want to leave behind the only person Clem was now closest to as she has lost everyone else and like it or not he was the closest person she had to Lee still left and 2 we couldn't be sure Wellington was safe although i believe for once Edith and the people behind it probably were good people.
